Top-​of-​the-​line product at a fair price with an excellent staff that is knowledgeable of the products they sell. Easy location to get in and out of. I would recommend if you’re a hiker or outdoorsman to check it out.

After realizing that I have entered the time of the season where online Christmas shopping is no longer an option (at least not without additional cost), I searched locally for the item I was looking for to avoid extra shipping costs. I’m so glad I did! Outdoor Source’s website is very user friendly and made it easy for me to find the item I was looking for. I started at the UA location to find they were sold out of the item there, but their Westerville location still had one. They offered to send it, but I opted to just pick it up and have it in my hot little hands.
The Westerville location is easy to see from the road, even to my GPS-​dependent eyes. One of the best things about this store was that there was some female employees as well as males. It made me feel less ridiculous explaining the item I was looking for (sometimes I just feel like I am using the wrong words and a male employee is rolling his eyes in his head, even though this is hardly ever the outward appearance of any employee). I was immediately greeted and asked how I could be helped, which facilitated my ability to get in and out. The girl working there ended up being a someone who lives in my neighborhood, which was a happy accident. We chatted happily about our neighborhood and Christmas plans as if we were old friends.
I appreciated the item being ready and waiting for me, the wonderful customer service, and the whole transaction being very seamless and about half the price it would have cost me online for the same item. W00t, local shopping!
