Do not go to this location! They are rude, and act like it is a huge inconvenience when they screw up your order, then have to fix it. Get my meal right and we won’t have this problem.

I was pretty excited to get a salad from here. I figured I’d treat myself instead of making one. I went in around 12 and it was pretty busy. I do agree with the other reviews that the customers service is horrible. The lady who rang me up was not pleasant at all. I was a little disappointed in my salad. I could of made one better at home. I would suggest to not come in when. It’s busy and maybe the food and service will be better.

Panera has my favorite coffee on the world, the hazelnut crème. I’m a flight attendant and wish they would put panera in the airport. I’m forced to drink Starbucks instead :( Panera has great bagels, breakfast sandwiches. My fav is the power sandwich with egg whites, ham and Vermont white cheddar, spinach and tomatoes. They also give free treats on your bday. I’m enjoying a chocolate brownie today for mine.

I am a fan!!! I’ve recently started enjoying their salads. I appreciate that they are healthier alternatives for lunch/breakfast. Service is always friendly and who can not be happy surrounded by delectable baked goods? I dare you to be unhappy with a fresh baked strudel!!! You can order and pay ahead with their app or online so you’re in and out like the flash. Their breakfast bowls are a very nice start to your day and if you’re counting carbs and calories these puppies are your friend! While I feel they are a little pricey I do believe you get a great quality product with friendly service in a clean fresh restaurant.

So, the positive: the food was fine. Typical Panera– semi-healthy, pretty tasty. I had the barbecue chicken flatbread with chicken and wild rice soup. Sweetie had a Caesar salad and broccoli cheese soup. No complaints there; same as any other Panera. But this place. I hadn’t even noticed it was here, and we go right by it often. There are so many other food options at Easton. Anyway, this time we were at home and wanted Panera; this was the closest location. I ran out to get the food and at first was happy: no line, and they took my order pretty quickly. The guy was a bit curt, but whatever. Then I waited. And waited. And waited. And exchanged looks with the other people waiting. There weren’t any complicated orders. There were very few customers in the place, and several staff members. But they seemed disorganized and just slow. The manager(?) was helping out, but not speeding things up. The place was a bit dirty; I had plenty of time to hang out and notice. I get waits when you’re busy. I don’t understand when you’re not. And some signs of urgency when you have people waiting, and a little apology, help. When they called my name I picked up the bag and said«thanks,» and they mumbled«yeah.» If you have an open kitchen you need to be on top of things. We’ll find another Panera nearby. If you’re at the mall, there are way better options. If you’re just in the area, it’s not worth stopping in.

I really dislike this place. For many reasons, the management is clueless. The service is slow. And I hate any restaurant where the last thing you do is stand in line by a trash can with dirty dishes. It’s a workarant. Nothing restful about it.

I really love Panera, this one just isn’t my favorite. I think they need to add a staff member just to sweep and clean tables. Unfortunately people are gross and don’t clean up after themselves. The restaurant isn’t very inviting when it is so filthy.

Came here and took about three min to be helped, which typically wouldn’t bother me if everyone was busy, however two people were working the registers one had her back to me working on the bagels, even after seeing me did not acknowledge me, the other decided she needed to change a light bulb. When I asked for coffee she gave me a Togo cup and then asked if it was for here or to go. I was confused, I said«you gave me a Togo cup now you’re asking?» She got upset with my response took my money and when I asked about my panera card she said too late. She also over charged me for the coffee and opened the drawer and gave me a dime back. I went over to get coffee and the one was completely empty, I was going to say something but didn’t want to deal with any of the staff again

I had breakfast here yesterday. I ordered a cappuccino and got served a lukewarm latte instead. Egg and cheese sandwich was soggy and also not hot. It looked like the folks behind the counter just did not care. Overall not what I expected from Panera and disappointing to say the least.

My wife seems to love this location as she eats here frequently but I am a little bit less than impressed with some of the food items. I understand this is a chain but the tuna fish sandwich tastes like it came out of a can or package and slathered with generic dressing. The tomato sandwich and the tomato and mozz panini are much better selections as they contain a lot of flavor and seasoning. The soups are nice and hot, wish I got more for my money’s worth. The location is nice but I noticed that the pictures and paintings on the wall contain no people of color. Just white people eating white bread. I remember the cashier offered us a free cookie because the register glitched and we had to wait a few moments on our receipt. Damn good cookie. I love me some cookies.

Good food but don’t expect good service. There were already 4 people in the pastry line and I was one of 4 people in the«meal side» line. No one was coming to take our order and with only one person working the pastry side things were slow. The manager(I’m assuming) literally stood and watched as we stood in an apparently closed line. Stupid of us, I know. So we all joined the pastry line, which was now to the door. THEN someone comes to the meal side and says«we’re open over here too!» Why didn’t anyone simply acknowledge us and say«be right with you» or something. In spite of all that the good was great!

I luv this place. I’ll start with that. Everytime I come I order food and it’s amazing. But on my visit last night, subpar. I always get the same thing. Mac n cheese and frontega chicken Sammy. It’s super duper delish. I go tonight and the don’t have the normal bread for the Sammy. Which means they gotta make it on demand. Usually when u get a Sammy here, they are premade in the morning so it is consistent. My Mac n cheese was yummy, my Sammy was made by a dummy.

Went to this Easton Panera on Saturday morning @ 7:30 a.m. to buy bagels for work — they were out of plain bagels — seriously? they opened at 7 a.m.!! Manager was sitting at table in lobby area and heard that there were no plain bagels. No getting up to check on more, no communication on if more were coming, no news on if they’re sold out for the day, nothing! She(manager) finally gets up to assist a guy with two large bags. Okay nice, So I check out out with the exact number and size of bags. No help, no nothing from manager — obviously, assistance is only offered to young guys. Not the first lousy experience at this panera, but definitely the last.

I am a fan of the panera, but for some reason I just couldn’t justify the full 4 stars here. The soup is good but not great, the salads are the same. I love the bagels and the cookies but its not like those are ever bad, anywhere. Its sugar, come on! Really though if you’re looking for something fast and easy and all your friends want to go out for lunch, this is a good option. You can eat somewhat healthy without feeling like the weirdo thats always on a diet.

It is Panera Bread. The bagels were still tasty at 4 pm but they weren’t very quick on keeping the coffee fresh. The dark roast was sitting there from 2:30 and still there when I left at 5:45. The Hazelnut was at least made fresh while I was there at 4:30. I know Panera’s policy is not to leave coffee for 3 hours sitting for customers. The place is decent but needs a few more outlets. It is a good place to get some school stuff done. The place is usually pretty steady with customers and finding a booth can be hard. Tables are usually available.

A sub-par Panera both in setting and in service. Perhaps due to its location in the shopping center everything seems rushed, fussed, and unfriendly. Lacks the«nooks and crannies» of other Panera locations that make for good studying or reading and has this open design that makes everything loud — especially when there are small children running amok. The coffee is still excellent and I still don’t eat the food — just like every other Panera — but for my time and energy I’d rather go to the one on Sawmill or Bethel.

Maybe they heard Matt’s complaint becuase my pastries were fresh and my hot chocolate was REALLY hot(just as I requested). This isn’t the store closest to me so I’m not likely to be coming here often but the service was good(the guy who waited on me asked if I had one their cards which I’d have forgotten to present if he hadn’t asked). I had a ham and cheese pastry and an apple and cheese pastry. Both were great!

Ok, so Panera stuff is Panera stuff… right??? Well not really. If you get a stale, chewy pastry and a dirty knife to cut it with. They need to do a little more Quality Assurance at this location. It’s nice enough… but as a chain, they all should be.
