I come here all the time and really like it. Recently we ordered online. Not to be picky, but the order wasn’t ready right on time and I had to wait a couple minutes(the whole reason you order ahead is not to have to wait). Then they put tomatoes on my wife’s sandwich against the instructions. My French Onion soup had neither croutons nor cheese. Other than that, no complaints after many visits.

LOVELOVELOVELOVETHEIRSOUP(and brownies) So this coworker of mine is a H-U-G-E Panera lover. I mean HUGE. She is constantly going on about how good their food is and how it’s priced great. They have this new Rapid Pick Up where you can order over the internet and just go pick it up. You don’t even have to stand in line. BLAHBLAHBLAH is what rings through my head when she starts in on a Panera rant. Anywho, today I didn’t get a chance to eat breakfast and 12 o’clock was rollin around and I was getting hungry. I didn’t want a burger & fries or any other type of fast food. Really didn’t want a salad from Bob Evans, so after some thinking I thought, maybe I should give Panera a try(I’ve only been here 1 other time with my kids for breakfast) for lunch. I really didn’t want to but nothing familiar to me sounded good. So I went online and did the Rapid Pick Up thingy(I really don’t know if that’s the real name or not, but it sounded good). I ordered broccoli cheese soup & a piece of bread, and a diet coke. SOOOOOO I get there to pick up my stuff, and YEP! it’s sitting right there on the shelf ready to be picked up and devoured… but hey… wait a minute… where’s my cup to get my drink??? So, I look in the bag. Nope. Look over by the fountain pop dispenser thing. NOPE. So guess what, I have to go wait in line. WTH??? Isn’t the WHOLEPOINT in having rapid pick up service is so you DON’T HAVETOWAITINLINE??? UMMMMHELLOOOO!!! People. If I wanted to wait in line for 5 minutes for an empty cup I’d go somewhere else that specializes in that ISH. Anywho, after waiting in line for 5 minutes(yes it took the guy in front of me that long to spit out what the heck he wanted to order) I finally got my cup, filled it up, and was on my way. Get back to work. Taste the soup. ITISFABULOUS!!! Oh My Goodness. Now i know why she won’t shut up about this place. Now I wanna talk about it too. Best broccoli soup I’ve ever had. Will be going back. Probably tomorrow. For lunch & dinner.

Panera Bread is always yummy, and for the most part the staff is friendly. It could definitely be a lot cleaner. I’ve been to this location twice and they never have any Chocolate Chip Cookies baked. Obviously this is everyone’s favorite treat from Panera, so why not keep them coming? If you work in the bakery and see that there are no more cookies left, you bake some more, right? One time my mother and I waited 15 – 20 minutes for the cookies. We didn’t mind, we had nothing else to do. We paid for the cookies and sat in a booth to wait. On another occasion, I ordered two cookies and the cashier told me there were none out at the moment and apologized. I said, «Ok fine, I’ll wait for them.» I assumed she would ring them up along with my order of macaroni and cheese, and I would wait for them. It was another boring Saturday, I had nothing else to do. When my receipt was printed out I noticed that the cookies were not on there. 15 minutes later my order was ready. I inquired about the cookies because I noticed that no one had went in the back to start baking them, and this time I spoke to a manager. He yelled out to someone in the bakery to put on some cookies. That means I had to wait an additional 15 minutes for the cookies. The cashier had ignored me when I said that I would wait on them. Why? If she had no intentions of baking them, she could have told me that at the register.

I’m a huge fan of Panera, whether it’s panini’s, bagels or the soup… today I found the Mac n Cheese, on my goodness, it was the absolute best. If you haven’t had this, and you love creamy, chessey goodness, you must try it!

You know, I just can’t hate on Panera. They have a ton of menu options, tons of treats, tons of great coffees… and free wifi! The buck stops there when it comes to pleasing this customer. While this location isn’t always the cleanest or the quickest, they continue to deliver a consistent product, which I can greatly appreciate. You can’t go wrong with one of their salads. It’s my number one choice — with a lemonade. Enjoy!

Love the croissants they are flaky and delicious. Just wish they didn’t run out of them every single day I visit them. The food is freshly made the service is quick even during lunch hour and you never feel rushed to get out at any of their locations. Come chat with friends, come read, come do homework, no need to feel like you are being rushed out the door. It truly is all about the experience.

Stopped here because I was craving salad and soup. I generally never have any complaints when it comes to Panera; it’s always fresh, the bread is soft, and the food is delicious. This location disappointed me big time. It was the dinner hour; there were 20+ people sitting and already eating. There was one person on the register, and six people ahead of me. I ordered the grilled chicken Caesar salad with a cup of the broccoli cheese soup to go. Once I got home(Panera is literally round the corner), the soup appeared as though it had been the bottom of the barrel. There was no broccoli in it, and it was the«dried out» kind of soup that you know they had been wanting to get rid of. I was that lucky girl. The salad had wilted lettuce, and they definitely skimped on the chicken. The croutons were so hard, I just spit it out, because it wasn’t worth chipping a tooth over. The next time I decide to have Panera, I will definitely be going out of my way for it, instead of stopping here. I just felt at the dinner hour, when you know you’ll have customers, you should make sure everything is actually made to order and fresh. Ya know what I’m saying?

I would give Panera 4 or even 5 stars for their salads and sandwhiches but have to take one off for the price and one for that fact that I did not like one of their pastries. The first time I went here I got a big box of assorted pastries, Bear claw, Pecan roll, Cinnamon roll, Cookies, Muffins and paid the steep price since they looked really good. Unfortunatly looks are decieving and really none of them were worth more than $ 3 each! It took me a while to come back for lunch but when I did I enjoyed it alot but was still hungry as the portions are small and expensive, I mean who wants to go out to eat and leave hungry?!! I had the large Asian Sesame Salad(If this was large, I don’t even want to see the small!!!) My husband had the steak and roast beef paninis and they were tiny! He loved the taste and said it were some of the best sandwiches he’s ever had but for that price you would have to gett about 5 for your moneys worth and to get full. So in all if I am ever rich and on a diet I would come back, otherwise they are better places to get lunch like Northstar.

A good bakery serving coffee, breakfast and lunch on-the-go, decorated nicely with a comfortable seating area near a fire-place where you can get online with your ipad through free wifi, Panera has a Starbucks feel focusing more on pastries and bread, popping everywhere in Columbus it seems! There’s a microwave you can use if you want to heat up your treat or sandwich and a fountain drink to refill on your ice water, etc. I like the self-serve idea in this café style venue, I fancy the cheese pastry but I’m still hooked on the international coffeehouse chain ;)

Ambience & interior: It’s a Panera Bread. The food: I like the spinach & bacon soufflé, I like the chai, & I like broccoli cheddar soup. They also have pretty good salads, & also the pastries/cookies are good. This location: Pretty good. I’ve been here plenty of times & for the most part they’re on point… but, there was one occasion where I was given cold broccoli cheddar soup. I called & they gave me a free soup on my next trip, which I appreciated.

I can’t say enough about this Panera location! This is where I go when I really want to get work done because there never seems to be many people here and I can always get an outlet and a nice seat. Its clean and bright and the staff is wonderful! I came in here last night for a meeting with CK and I was a bit early so I was just going to grab a cup of coffee and wait until she arrived to order food. The guy at the counter handed me a cup and waved me off. He told me not to worry and that I could pay when I ordered my food. Whilst I was waiting, I listened to how he interacted with customers and he was brilliant! He was friendly, happy, and *surprise* genuinely helpful! He even stopped a couple girls on their way out to ask if they wanted a free refill on their lemonades before they left. When CK arrived, he was helping another customer find the healthiest options on the menu including going through the nutrition information binder(man that was a huge binder!). By the time we left, we had added half of the staff on Facebook!

I love Panera, and it is easily my favorite restaurant — BUT — I hate this location. I live nearby so I frequently stop in on my way to work. I pretty much get the same thing every time: frozen mango for breakfast and a salad for my lunch. The staff has made comments like, «I’m not doing another café order» when the cashier calls out that a café order was placed in the morning. On a few occasions, they have not bothered to prepare all the supplies for the day and rather than go back and get what they need to make my salad, they leave items that should be on it out. I don’t know how many times I have sat down at work to eat my lunch and find that I got no chips, salad dressing, croutons, or I got a really small salad because the lazy bum at the counter could not be bothered enough to go get more lettuce. Also, one of the ladies that works there(I don’t recall her name but she looks like Suze Orman), is a total B. It’s not my fault you are one step up from slinging hash so slow your roll and don’t give attitude when I am ordering food!

Thank god for Panera when you are looking for a double Americano on your way out of town to drive 7 hours to Washington, DC, after driving for three days from Colorado Springs. If you are looking for espresso, you are going to have better luck finding a Panera than a Starbucks. And despite what people might tell you, Tim Horton’s does not have espresso.
