Lunch on a quiet Wednesday. We had the lunch specials, and that came with their signature salad and signature rolls. All was good and our server was very nice and attentive.
An eerily quiet restaurant though.
Bathrooms were very clean, as was the restaurant as a whole. Thanks for that.

Chose this Red Lobster for a birthday dinner. We were seated right away and got our drinks, appetizer and salads right away. They were pretty empty for it being dinner time. After we ate our salad, we sat and sat and sat. Our waitress seemed to avoid our table, she could have at least came by and said when our food would be ready. The table behind us was seated after us and had their food long before we did. Finally, our food came. It was hot, food was average. The manager did come to our table and apologize and took some off of our bill. That was nice! The excuse for slow food was because they were «slammed». However there was hardly anyone in the restaurant.

Red lobster isn’t the cheap choice for lunch. I enjoy the food every time the service is hit or miss. This location had both right today. Lobster fest is great had ultimate feast. Special treat for me.

I went to this Red Lobster today for my mom bday, food is yummy. I got the feast, boy I’m full n sleepy at the same time. My first time at Red Lobster, it’s pricey but it’s worth it. Service was ok, food great.

Been there twice and both times the service was amazing! Can’t say enough about the hostesses & wait staff. The kitchen staff I am gonna call into question. Both visits we ended up with a free meal because of their mistake. I’m not complaining, last night I saved $ 25!!! And it certainly won’t keep me from going back!

My daughter and I dined during the CrabFest. Our waitress Bri was so sweet, attentive and very knowledgeable of the different types of crab offered, so of course we upgraded our snow crab. The food itself was good; consistent quality from other visits.

Today we celebrated our 36th wedding anniversary. We decided to go to red lobster. The waitress asked if it was a special occasion and we explained. A few minutes later, the manager came over and wished us a happy anniversary. As we were finishing our dinner, the waitress notified is that dessert was on them! We had a beautiful evening there, the food was excellent and the little extra treatment was fantastic. Thank you red lobster for making
our anniversary extra special!

The service is non-​existing. We thought we would give this location one more try. After we were seated, we ordered our drinks then the server disappeared. About the time I was going to find the manager they came to us asking how was our meal, with smell of alcohol and cigarettes on their breathe. We decided it wasn’t worth staying and wasting our time and money. Will never visit this lication again.

I was looking at the Fish Market web page when at the top of the page a review popped up. Saying the Red Lobster was wonderful. As a business owner with a couple of months experience with Unilocal,I would never pay Unilocal again. What is the benefit of advertising with them when they redirect your customer to another business.

Beth the bartender has two speeds. Slow and I don’t care. She never once asked me if I needed anything wanted anything I had to tell her that I was ready. Never once did she smile. To say anything at all seemed to be a chore. I assume the people in plainclothes our managers that that’s what you want to call them. Yelling and laughing and tossing water over the place in Plainview of the customers. The loud inappropriate talking amongst the servers is ridiculous. And I’m bothered by the cleanliness or lack there of. This is certainly not the same place that I visited last year. It’s now completely sad and disgusting. I’ve never seen a bunch of people just don’t care.

Staff are really friendly. For a red lobster I thought this place was really good. Lots of smiles and hellos from staff. Food came quickly and was of high quality. My aunt asked for a few special and unique things that they happily accommodated.

Bleh. Service is pretty bad every time I’ve been dragged along here. Not really worth it. Columbus Fish Market is a much better alternative for seafood.

Really great service. I ordered the fish and chips and unfortunately the fish was very very dry. So dry I had to use too much cocktail sauce to give it some taste and flavor. My wife ordered the Cajun chicken linguini and she loved it. Those rolls are amazing. I’ll try something new next time.

I had time to kill at 2:00 in the afternoon, I was hungry, and I received an email about a $ 10 lobster taco lunch deal. I actually ordered the shrimp tacos (cheaper at $ 7.99 and this price is good until 3:00) because I am more of a shrimp girl than lobster. They came with rice pilaf and were very good. The cheesy biscuits are so wonderful, light and I ate all 3 of them. A glass of Reisling hit the spot too. Good food, good service and at that time of day, it was quiet. What’s not to like?

My wife and I visited this location with some friends for one of their birthdays. The wait was decent and we were stuffed into a bar booth. It took the waitress 10 minutes to get our drink orders. She said «We didn’t think it would be this busy tonight.» To me that is akin to saying «Your meal is gonna suck tonight, but we are short staffed so it is ok.»
The food was undercooked and our orders were not right. The mixed veggies were made up of hot zucchini and summer squash and cold tomatoes… yucky. I drink diet pop because of diabetes and when asking for refills I politely reminded her. Twice she brought regular.
Spoke to manager. Situation was rectified.

This is your average run of the mill Red Lobster. If you’ve never been to a RL, it’s an attempted knock off of New England seafood. The food is pretty tasty, although usually too salty for my taste. The complimentary salad is usually fresh. The cheddar bay biscuits are probably the highlight of the whole experience.
I am usually pretty disappointed by the selection. This is your go-​to if you’re a VERY BASIC seafood lover. If you’re interested in a wider variety than shrimp and lobster, you’ll be disappointed.
The drinks are overpriced but relatively tasty. On the non-​alcoholic front, I DO LOVE their Boston Iced tea (cranberry juice & iced tea).
This particular location is clean but parking leaves much to be desired. The bulk of the parking is behind the restaurant & at first arrival it always looks PACKED. Fear not, there won’t be a wait.
