ate here tonight, there was a 25 minute wait. the waitress that we had was super nice but my mom did not like her burger very much.

Our food was good as was the service. I thought it was very high priced for burgers and fries even if they are«gourmet»(they’re not). I spent close to $ 50 for 2 entrees, a beer and and app. My substitute side salad was mediocre at best. They’re signature sauces are basic. I don’t see how bottomless sides are a great thing. They give you so much calorie laden, artery clogging food on your 1st round it would be gluttonous to go for more — whoops forgot for a moment that we’re in America where that is the norm. I’d rather pay less for the entrée and be done. I wouldn’t go back.

My craving for fresh«gourmet» burgers was just crushed. The chances of a repeat visit here for my two children just also went out the window. As a first visit to the location we were impressed with the children activities in the waiting area. It all went downhill after we were seated at the table. The server appeared unhappy as though she was cursed to have us as customers. No straws, napkins and utensils were given upon the delivery of our drinks, to which I had to flag down the manager to get them. What??! When the orders came out, well that’s when I realized how bad this place was. My sons meatball on a stick order was missing 3 meatballs. And the wife’s and my burgers weren’t worth over $ 10 an order. Everything about it was horrible from the execution to the ingredients. The buns appeared very old and dry as did the«frozen» patties. yes they were frozen. Not hand formed patties made to order as I expected. Heck, the bourbon burger I had at Denny’s were 100 times tastier. no lie. I wasn’t expecting a free meal by all means. We just wanted a good one and we did not get that. The manager did take off the two adult burgers but we were still left with the bill for the drinks, appetizers and the kids meals as I expected to happen. Good idea but poor execution for a gourmet burger joint. 1 star for the kids.

Red Robin is a great place to eat and I LOVE bottomless fries and the delicious burgers that they have. I have tried many burgers but seem to keep going back to my favorite Whiskey River BBQ Burger. I really like bbq and Red Robin makes this burger fantastic. Since they added sweet potato fries to the menu, I usually order those, and my wife gets the garlic parmesan cheese fries. Both are super addictive and if you get some sauces to dip them in, they are even better. The Campfire bbq sauce is great: I highly recommend it. Our waiter was attentive and kept us busy with refills of fries and drinks. The place was super busy and we were there for over 2 hours on a Friday night after 7 pm, but the food is worth the wait. The rewards club is worth joining because you get a free burger for your birthday, which was the main reason we came in for dinner. We were celebrating my wife’s birthday. Also I had accumulated 10 burgers on my rewards card, so my burger was free that night as well. The atmosphere is very lively as there are lots of families with kids, but they also have a bar area near the front for 21 or older, that is very calm and quiet if you don’t want all the noise. We have sat in both sections and like both. The servers will come out and sing to you for your birthday, or if you don’t want them to do that they will still bring you a dish of wonderful vanilla ice cream with hot fudge and whipped cream. Great visit and excellent food!

Friendly atmosphere. Great for kids. The onion rings are amazing. And our waitress today was great! Even the bathrooms are clean.

I had four issues with the service here, but I kind chat with the GM, Eric, leaves me feel assured this error will be corrected. We normally attend the Great Northern location, we only stop here when we go to the zoo. The first time I was excellent, and this time needed some help– but I’m confident Eric will get this corrected. No Unilocal mention to him, rather I just saw him and mentioned it.

I miss the salad they once served here that came with fried, they must’ve taken it off the menu since I’ve last been in here. Last night we came in and it was busy. People just sitting and waiting for tables but we got in right away as a party of 2. The service was okay, it just took a long time to make sweet potato fries for my husband’s order. We both ordered the Royal Red, which is super messy burger with meat, cheese, egg, tomato and lettuce. I would have to say for the money you can get the same thing at Steak n Shake for much less. Here you pay $ 10 for just that burger and the steak fries but at Steak n Shake you pay maybe $ 5 and it’s not as messy or greasy. They now have the easy pay system where you can swipe your credit card on the device at the table you sit at. Instead of waiting for the check. Most restaurants are doing this now. It’s easy and effective. Now that they got rid of my favorite salad and the burger is over priced, I’m not sure I’ll be back that often. I really have no reason to anyways since I don’t reside in this part of town anymore.

I don’t know why I come back here. Oh yeah, my youngest loves their food. I’ve never had great service when I’ve eaten dinner here with my kids. Slow as hell, even when they aren’t busy. I leave this place more agitated than saying«god, I enjoyed this place» — I’ll keep it with lunch here, and stick to the bar when I come here with my lady, because the service is slow as hell and inattentive.

Not our usual Red Robin that we visit, but we were shopping at easton and wanted a burger. The food flavor was about the same as the other locations. So ill just focus on the staff and location. We arrived around 8:30. Was greeted right away and seated. Our server was prompt and polite. I ordered a big tavern burger and my daughter got the tavern double. They tasted fine. The fries were like they always are. Only issue I had was an uneasy feeling in my stomach during and after I ate the burger. Now I will be fare and not say it was defiantly the burger at fault, Im just not sure. I was fine before, I started feeling a tad off during and the drive home was slightly uncomfortable. But after 45 minutes I was fine again. So its really hard to say. All in all is was a decent visit. Nothing that would keep me away.

I should know better than to expect a quality burger from a chain, but I decided to give Red Robin a chance today for lunch. Service was amazing, sat at the bar and the bartender was very helpful and friendly. However, service goes only so far when the food is sub-par. I ordered the Prime Chophouse burger. Requested medium rare and the bartender said, «We can only do medium or better». Sort of strange considering the entire menu has the whole«Warning, consuming undercooked» blah blah blah plastered over it on every page. I know the risks, meat tastes better red, that’s what I want. My stomach hunger won over my brain screaming«STOPGOSOMEWHEREELSE», so I patiently awaited my meal. The burger arrived quickly, presentation was good. I bit into it and it was tasty, but I quickly realized that ALL of the taste was derived from the toppings, not the actual meat itself. The patty looked frozen, pre-formed and tasted dry and bland, not unlike the boxed burgers you buy in your grocer’s freezer. By the time I’d finished ¾ of the meal, I was convinced, I’m never coming back to any Red Robin, unless they step their meat game up a few notches. C’mon, if you want to be considered the«Best» or «Gourmet», then don’t serve me a frozen patty, serve REAL hand-formed patties out of quality ground beef made fresh to order. Bottom line, if you like getting a wait staffed service with an amusement park grade burger, go to Red Robin. If not, there’s plenty of other options in the Polaris area with a quality made-to-order burger.

There are few times in my life when I go to a restaurant and a server wows me… tonight was one of those times. Josh was the server for my family and I and I couldn’t have asked for anything more. VERY attentive but not over bearing, I never had to ask for a refill he just filled it when he saw it getting close and I also was thinking of getting a second basket of fries but he went ahead and ordered them and delivered them just before I finished my last bit of fries from my meal. Overall the meal was pretty good but by the end he brought my 2yr old a balloon and finished if off by opening his personal book and selecting a Spider-Man sticker for my son(which by the way he was ecstatic). It is those extra special little touches that take a good experience and turn it into a unforgettable one. Great job Josh! We will certainly be back to see you again.

They were slammed on a Friday dinner rush, we came in with a party of 9, including 4 kids, and they killed it. Our food was fast, accurate, and we’ll made. Our server Brandon was top notch. Pro. BTW, the A1 Burger made with chicken is absolutely stellar.

I like this place a lot, I am a sucker for the Whiskey River BBQ Chicken Wrap. Firstly, for anyone going gluten-free, this place is super accommodating. My father and my best friend both have Celiac’s disease, and thusly can’t have gluten. This place has gluten free buns and will make unseasoned fries. Very important in my book, so this place gets an A in that. More often than not, service is prompt and fairly friendly. However, once, I had one of the rudest waitresses I had ever had in my life here. She just couldn’t be bothered to care even a shred, and when I asked for a refill and some more fries(my only request in my whole visit), she rolled her eyes, didn’t say a word, and walked away. My friend and I were both shocked at the amount of disrespect. I wish I could remember the waitresses name. All I can remember was that she was an African American woman. Anyways, beyond the one bad experience, my time here has usually been very good, and the food is good.

We ate there yesterday evening. They were pretty busy but we were quickly seated in a bar area booth. We had the most friendly waitress, Jordan, she was very attentive and exceeded my expectations. The food was really good too, even the cook from the kitchen that brought our food was super friendly. He even went up to the bar to grab my husband a drink… what else can you ask for good food and service!

Best Caesar salad ever. Great music and prices! Amazing staff! Jenna was our waitress and she was so wonderful! Their fries are soooo good. The reason I gave them only four stars is because it was freezing. It was just starting to warm up outside(beginning of April) but it was still in the low 50’s and they had the air coming on continuously. I could not get warm even after our hot food came. But otherwise great late night eating!!!

For starters — the burgers are good but they are not gourmet. The endless fries are a great idea. As «burger places» go — this one is average. The burgers are good but not exceptional. The fries are good but also not exceptional although they are endless. The place is very family oriented and usually has a lot of kids and, consequently, is pretty noisy. A side-effect of being kid-friendly is that the restaurant sometimes appears to be messy. It may meet all sanitary standards but when you see a lot of kid-related debris on the floor — it comes across as «less than clean». This is especially true later in the evening — like when you want to catch a burger after seeing a movie. It’s a fairly decent lunch spot — although it has the same menu at lunch and dinner so it can be a little pricey for lunch. Good solid burger and fries — just not exceptional. And — one advantage of Red Robin over places like 5 Guys and Smashburger is that this is an actual sit-down restaurant.

Yes it’s a burger chain. Yes it’s a dopy type burger chain. And no I didn’t like it much at first. But after going here a few times with friends and family this place has grown on me a bit. I know one thing, they have a killer mushroom and swiss burger. That is hands down the best burger I’ve had at this chain. And they also have the best chicken tortilla soup, no matter what you get you HAVETO try the chicken tortilla soup. Now I’ve had a few non-burger items here and they’re not bad but I’d stick with the burger. They have an especially delicious turkey burger here if you’re watching your fat and calories. They also have bottomless fries but their fries are the big, thick cut very«potato-like» type steak fries that I’m not a big fan of. Be warned that if you go here on the weekend you will probably be sitting around people with lots and lots of kids and birthday parties etc. This place can be like a burger version of chuck e. cheese. With that being said I don’t mind it too much unless I’m hungover, LOL. If you like mushroom burgers and/or chicken tortilla soup you should check this place out sometime. Try to get over the kitschy appeal, or revel in it, as the food ain’t half bad. P. S. Their cheese sticks are also quite good if you’re in the mood for some goopy cheese that’s been deep fried :)
