This place has such a vibe that is very off. The bartender didn’t greet us and took forever to get our drink order even though we were the only ones at the bar. Did not introduce himself and the biscuits were average, the salmon made up for the bad experience though.

I don’t know who on Unilocal thinks this food is good. Ordered Queso and chips. Just about the worst tasting Queso I’ve ever had. I like a good salad bar, and this is not one. Aside from the basics(mediocre selections), all the special items(like pasta salads, potato salads) were awful. Had a pretty standard fare burger and fries. But nothing special there. And service was terrible. We sat down got drinks, then it took forever for the server to come back for our orders(and they were not busy!). Then once the food was ordered, they disappeared. We had to track them down for the bill. Won’t be going back there, and just with the quality of the food, any Ruby Tuesday. Fail.

Unfortunately this was one of the worst dinners that I have had in a long time. We started with the tempura green beans. They tasted ok, but were so greasy that we didn’t want to finish them. We were not given any appetizer plates either. We found a hair baked in the dinner biscuits. I ordered the lowland southern shrimp and grits. It arrived swimming in this cheesy looking soup/sauce and grease from the sausage. The shrimp was over cooked and rubbery. My son ordered the ribs and fried chicken strips. He said that the French fries and chicken tenders were good, but the ribs were over cooked and even the bbq sauce on them looked like dried up goop. Desert was no better. Everything tastes like it came out of a can and was either over cooked or over fried. For 2 people our meal cost $ 70 and I am confident that we could have gotten a better quality meal at a fast food place. Yuck — I’m so disappointed!

We hadn’t been to a Ruby Tuesday in quite a while, but someone gave us a gift card for Christmas. I got the ribs, original style with just enough sauce, and they were delicious. My wife got the shrimp and tilapia New Orleans style and it was quite salty. I am more tolerant of salt than she and it was too much for me. She also got the salad bar, and loved it. We told the waitress about the entrée and her reply was that«she didn’t order the food» and«she just worked there» My wife requested a bowl of cheese and broccoli soup, and it was very salty. The manager said that she had heard comments about the saltiness before, but it arrives in a plastic bag and they have no control over it. If you don’t have high blood pressure I recommend eating here. Now I’m beginning to understand how two other Ruby’s in town are closed.

Salad is good. Food is a little bit salty. Same feeling like Olive Garden and red lobster. very traditional American chain restaurant. Casual dining

Location has always been iffy but since Hilliard Rome and Tuttle locations have closed, this is the closest location. They have really gone downhill. We probably won’t go back. Very slow service for soup and a burger?! It wasn’t even busy. I’m taking my business elsewhere.

Got a free burger for my birthday. Had to use it since I lost out on so many other birthday coupons this year. Got the new cheese fries and a beer while I waited for my burger. Got the smokehouse burger. New York cheese, bacon, tangy bbq sauce and crisp onion rings. The cheese fries had spicy queso, bacon and more cheese on top. They were very good and not too big of a portion for one person. I took the burger home to have later for dinner. It was still good hours later after being reheated in the microwave. My man even had a few bites and it was still enough to fill me up.

Above average food quality, decent price. I called in an order today and got a bacon cheeseburger with fries and it was only $ 9. This was during lunch time and I got it in about 15 minutes. I’m not giving it a 5 star because the dine in service is horrible. It always takes WAY too long for the food to get out and the waitresses don’t seem to know their own menu.

No. Just no. I do NOT like Ruby Tuesday. It’s slow and the food is bad. The service is decent which is the only reason my review gets two stars instead of one. They ALWAYS overcook my burgers. I ask for medium rare and it’s not even close. The patty is burnt to the point that it’s dry and almost black.

This place has gone downhill. Onions on salad bar were huge clumps with the ends attached. When I asked for some different ones the attendant brought out more of the same and dumped them on top. When I said something to her about the ends she’s like oh sorry. And carried on. I then watched her continue to bring more food out and dump it on top of the older. You are supposed to rotate the older stuff to the top. Croutons were mushy. Wasn’t offered biscuits and she acted like she was doing me a favor to bring them. Chicken overcooked. Boyfriends burger undercooked and really greasy and he didn’t even eat a fourth of it. Last trip here. No thank you.

I was not impressed at all. The food was less than average and the people that worked there looked like they were homeless. They didn’t have uniforms or name tags on. You could not identify who worked there. I will not be going back and I’m not recommending that anyone else go either.

Dining out is always a challenge for my wife and I. Due to my food allergies, we have to pick and choose where we go. Usually, our decision making is based on «Where haven’t we been to in a while.» Last night happened to be Ruby Tuesdays. From what I could remember, because it had been a long while, the food is pretty good. I do not remember ever having bad service, and the staff was friendly. That is what led me to Ruby Tuesdays. When we sat down to look at the menu, we realized it had changed. I was thinking fish and chips. The wife says I have an abnormal desire for fish and chips. I really have no clue why. Apparently, they took that off the menu. There were many seafood entrees to choose from, but alas, no fish and chips. What I did see made me quite happy: Pretzel burgers. if you have never had a pretzel burger, I am sorry, we need to get you up to speed. Think soft pretzels as the bun, and you get the idea. My first taste of a pretzel burger was in Virginia Beach, and I immediately loved it. So seeing this on the menu made my decision easy. Spouse unit had the same, a bacon, cheeseburger in a pretzel bun. The pretzel bun was firmer than others I have had elsewhere, but good nonetheless. Burger itself was good in general. Ruby Tuesdays seems to be a straight shooting restaurant. Nothing fancy, just food. Needless to say, we liked it. Four stars for maintaining the status quo. Would have been a five if they kept the fish and chips.

My husband and I have been to this Ruby Tuesday’s twice now and both times they have managed to screw up our orders. The food is alright but with so many other options in the area, we won’t be going back.

I know Ruby Tuesday is not a particularly and exceptionally fancy restaurant. The food is good. I LOVE the salad bar! On this occassion my daughter had received two awards at school and we went out to celebrate. I cannot stress this enough… the server was amazing! He really made a point to entertain her and make her feel special about her awards. He even brought his manager over, so she could tell her about it. My daughter was so proud of herself! The manager asked me privately if she could have a cupcake(which, of course, I said yes to). After we ate, they brought her a beautiful red velvet cupcake, which she devoured(icing first), leaving just a lump of cake, which she asked if I would pack in her lunchbox the following day. The server heard this and asked if he could put a little more icing on top for her. When the cupcake chunk returned, it looked like a mini cupcake. She was so excited. I am so impressed by the service that, not only will I go back, but I will make it a point to take my daughter back. priceless!

Service is always fantastic. Get their blackberry lemonade(free refills!) — that itself makes coming here worth it. My husband typically gets a burger, and I get the turkey minis with salad bar. Food is good, nothing exceptional, but decent and tasty.

I haven’t eaten at a Ruby Tuesday in forever! And I’m glad I did again! They have a great salad bar!!! Yummmmm!!! For dinner I had the New Orleans Seafood. It came with Talapia covered with seasoned shrimp and a Parmesan sauce, with Mac & cheese as a side, and of course the salad bar. The Mac and cheese was baked with a crust of Parmesan cheese on top. Yummm!!! As I looked around at everyone else’s tables, all of their food looked pretty good too! Yes, I do that… I always look around at everyone’s food to see what looks good and what doesn’t… Our service was very good! Very friendly server, which is always a plus! I can’t wait to go back and try something different!

Pretty good food here, and a nice salad bar. They used to have a noodle salad that was phenomenal, and that along made coming here 4 stars. We get entrees and then add a salad bar for $ 3, all you can eat. Always left here stuffed, and with leftovers. Then one day we came and no noodle salad. It changed the whole experience. No longer was the salad bar worth it, and no longer did we want to come here. So I’d say 3 stars, worth coming, and one of the better places to eat in Columbus, especially for a chain, but alas,… no longer a restaurant I want to go to.

I was out at Whole Foods last night and needed to find a place to eat. That wasn’t too hard with all of the restaurants in thar area. I had Ruby Tuesday bookmarked so I decided to stop in there and take a look at the menu. My first impression was«wow, this is expensive!» I guess I envisioned it as a place like Fridays and such. But after looking around, particularly at the salad bar i decided to stay and have dinner. The salad bar looked yummy, with four types of lettuce to choose from and a lot of dressings and condiments. And after filllng my plate, the waitress brought me some of their(very small) biscuits. But they were very good also. For my main course, I ordered a cajun dish containing linguine, sausage, chicken and shrimp, plus onion and a LOT of spice. I have to admit that this was very good and very spicy. The service was great, although I forgot to get the waitress’s name. But it turned out to be a really good dinner.

2 words: salad bar Man, I love a good salad bar. I mean, with lots of «stuff»(a technical term). Well, they got that here. And you can get it as your whole meal, or add it to pretty much anything for cheap(something ridiculous like $ 2). To me, that’s the main appeal of Ruby Tuesday’s that sets it apart from other similar competitors. Other than that they have the pretty standard Max and Erma’s, Friday’s, Bennigan’s(do those still exist?) vibe of New American $ 10-$ 20 an entrée. The food here is acceptable. I think they pimp their burgers, but I’ve certainly had a better burger. Nah, but they have stuff that smothered in cheese and mushrooms. That’s pretty much a ticket to success. They now serve everything that comes with fries with unlimited fries. I find this odd, but I guess it has its appeal. This particular location has good service and I’ve rarely seen it crowded, so that’s nice.
