What an incredible awful Starbucks… No blinds on the windows to stop the afternoon sun from blinding us. The restrooms need toilet paper and seat paper… The toilet has a cheap store-bought plastic cleaner… There are no electrical outlets for gadgets… The vib of the place is really different than when it was across the street on the Columbus side… I only come here when my elderly mom wants coffee.

Not a big fan of over-priced coffee but wanted to try something new. I went in with an open mind even though I remember when it was a nickel. The place was nice and clean which is the nicest thing I can say. My coffee was only lukewarm. The worst part was the wait, as it took forever. I think they need to hire some more help since that is probably why it was cold.

This Starbucks does not understand scheduling, maximizing staffing duties or quality customer service. Two espresso machines and only one of them is ever operating. Six Barista’s on staff and one person taking orders. 18 cups lined up to be processed. Does this make sense?

This is the rudest Starbucks of ALLTIME! I come here very often. Well use to. And the one time I ask for change for a $ 20 bill, the manager shakes her head no to the employee who was going to give me the change. They were literally closing in 20MINUTES. Not only that but when I was trying to figure out what small item I was going to purchase in order to get my change, I started joking with the cashier and she ROLLEDHEREYES behind him. I was so pissed off I could have made a scene. Instead, I whispered to the cashier that his manager was an «assh — » and he said«I know. Sorry.» We laughed, I left, and she followed me out the store and yelled at me telling me never to come back again. I just couldn’t believe her actions. Maybe she had a horrible day, but I don’t care… you don’t speak to me that way when I have spent so much money at not just Starbucks, but that very location. I will never go back there again. She needs to be replaced.

Ah I have a love hate relationship with not only Starbucks but this one specifically. First off the location is amazing it’s literally 2 sec from where I live but although it’s so close at busy times they take FOREVER. Not only that there is nowhere to even stand the line is basically out the door. This could be fixed if they actually sped up the process but there are a couple of girls working there that show no concern as to how long you’ve been waiting. Thank gosh this location doesn’t also have a drive-thru because they would completely crash and burn. I’ve been going to Tim Hortons down the street lately not only is it cheaper for what I order but 10x quicker. It could just be this shopping strip in general-because the chipotle next door is the worst.

I’m an addict! I loyally come to Starbucks every day of my life– even when we are snowed in. I do whatever it takes to make Sure I can come get my coffee from the place I know will always make it right… But that doesn’t happen here. This Starbucks has an issue with accommodating customers with specific modifications. I can understand it being annoying to have to deal with customers who are very particular– however, that’s actually the reason people come to starbucks. No one thinks $ 5 is an acceptable price for coffee, however if you tell me I can get it made however I want and you will guarantee my happiness then I’m absolutely ok fitting the bill– what you’re paying for is a service more so than the coffee. But whoever hired the employees who work here failed to make this crew understand that about their job. They roll their eyes with my order. This happens every time I go to this location. I only visit here on an emergency basis just for this reason. It’s as if they take all their most unhappy employees and put them here and it actually makes the coffee taste bad. No one wants to feel like an inconvenience and the staff here make it seem like you have somehow imposed on them by asking them split your drink Into two smaller cups, or a request of 150 degree temperature instead of mouth burning 165 has somehow made their shift longer. I’m tired of biting my tongue about it– literally everytime I visit this location they want to argue with me about what I want. I want it my way– it’s my damn drink and I’m paying for it to be made the way I want and if you hate your job please get another one because you have affectedly ruined my drink and imposed your bad attitude on a day that was otherwise delightful. #rantOver #GoToADifferentLocation #TrainingNeeded

My favorite Starbucks location! Very friendly employees and they always make delicious drinks! It is a smaller location so it is crowded often but it’s worth the wait! Their wonderful customer service keeps us regulars always coming back!

I like Starbucks coffee but I only come to this location when I have lots of time. It doesn’t matter if it’s a Tuesday morning or Saturday afternoon — this location always feels crowded and slow. There is usually a line wrapped through the restaurant and the two entrances can cause awkward interactions when trying to find a place in line or a place to sit. Usually a stop in and out of this location takes between 15 – 20 minutes.

I always get great service from the ladies here. Some of the employees have been here 5+ years. If you’re a regular they call you by name and sometimes recall what you usually get. The drawback can be the parking and this particular starbucks is pretty busy in the mornings. Expect to wait but well worth it. Yummy!

As coffee shops in strip malls go, this place is above average. The batistes have allows been pleasant & very friendly. I typically go on Sunday evenings & I am surprised how many people are there.

The baristas are very friendly and begin to know their customers by name. I visit this location almost every other day and never disappointed with the quality. I’m only a coffee(coffee and cream only) drinker. When I get a bad batch of iced/hot coffee, I know right away. With that said, I have never experience a bad cup of coffee here. This review got 4 instead of 5 stars because of how long I wait for just iced/hot coffee. Up to five minutes sometimes. The baristas get in the«weeds» because of all the ridiculous food and 30 ingredient drinks(that contain no coffee) they have to make.

I love Starbucks and the atmosphere and service at this location best! Since I am there on regular days/times, I see the same ladies most of the time. They are all smiles and friendly. If I request different temperatures, they always accomodate. I’ve never had a problem and they’re pretty quick even when the line is long. Keep up the great job!

This place had some nice outdoor seating and a cool bar area to sit up at and watch them make drinks. I like the bar area but it was full when I walked in. I ordered an ice Caramel Machiatto with an extra shot and ended up with iced mocha. I corrected the mistake and ended up with two drinks instead of one which is nice to have. The barrista who made it didn’t initially stick around to understand my confused face but luckily for me the barrista at the cash register noticed my discomfort. The Barrista was very friendly and greeted me as I walked in. I could work here but I think it is a better talking place than a place to work for 2 hours.
