All of the employees seemed very polite and professional, and they appeared to be hard-working as well. I’ve donated through Grifols(Talecris) in multiple locations, however this one appears to have the slowest processing time. At this specific location an average in-out time would be between 3 and a half to four hours. It’s not uncommon to wait two hours before being entered into a room to get your finger pricked to see if your protein/hematocrit levels are eligible, and then another 30 to 45 minutes before getting into a chair and starting the donation procedure. I would return if the processing time for return donors dropped to around 45 minutes like I’ve seen elsewhere.
