Good: layout, appliances, peaceful /quiet, management, modern design Bad: parking, no windows to open, dryer «Eh»: price, location, views These lofts look GOOD. Very clean and modern. But you can’t open any windows, so your AC is running more than it should. Parking is the worst. Sure, you get a spot(just one!) but it might be on the 5th or 6th floor of the parking structure.(Driving up to your spot, you might pass a few hundred empty spots.) If you ever have a visitor, they have to contend with the limited(and expensive) metered parking and pay-lots. A mile south you’re in German Village. A mile north you’re in the short north. Either of which would be preferable to this no-man’s land of… random people waiting for busses. The dryers are electric, since there’s no way to vent to outside. So clothes take a SUPER-long time to dry. The wall of windows faces a brick privacy wall, which takes awhile to get used to. I don’t mind it — you get sunlight without sacrificing privacy, but it’s odd at first.(Like in the comedy shows when they open a window and it’s a brick wall.) These are decent, but keep looking for a better place at a better price.
