Our second time there and we think the food is phenomenal for the price. Queso fundido app is great, and I’ve heard the burnt ends and Brussels sprouts are great, too. Pasta dish with shrimp and scallops great, fries great, and the oriental salad with coconut chicken is great as well. Considering there aren’t many good options close without going into Columbus or Circleville, we feel it is an amazing addition to the area!

My husband and I have eaten here three times, on a Friday, a Saturday, and Christmas day. The longest wait time to be seated was about 5 – 6 minutes. Burgers have been perfectly cooked and the fries are the best I’ve had in a long time, Pulled pork is very good, nice and tender with bbq sauce served on the side. Staff is very friendly and service is prompt. Can“t comment on the microbrew selection, we stick with old fashioned Bud Light.

Ok, the food looks like the typical crap you get from Chili’s or Applebee’s, or Hooters. People who think Red Lobster is living large would love it. I’m not impressed. The place is loud, flashy and obnoxious. It’s as tacky as you’d expect a casino eatery to be. Sat at the bar, and tried the house beers. I hate to slam beer brewed locally even if the local brewer is more or less a small cog in a giant corporate machine that sees the brewery as a novelty that might lure patrons into the casino. Sadly, the beer wasn’t good. I think the Pale Ale is a great beer to judge a brewery on. It’s pretty much an obligatory style for an American Craft brewer. They aren’t terribly difficult to make. This one was pretty rank. I hate to get technical with terms like diacetyl, but there’s definitely some butter here. A lot of butter. Yeesh. The Double IPA was also off, acetaldehyde if you’re a technical geek. Since this is a higher ABV beer, it’s easy to guess that they probably didn’t get enough yeasty activity. Both of these mistakes could be the byproduct of rushing the beer. In both instances, time can often correct the problem, but there are too many brewers making great beer to put up with somebody stumbling through the growing pains. The odds of me going back are slim to none. I hope Ryan gets his game on track and knocks out great beer, but if he feels really good about what’s on tap right now there’s a problem.

Man from the looks of the other reviews, this establishment is turning into a victim of its own success. Saved my appetite all day hoping to score the big steak on a Saturday evening. Upon our arrival at 7pm, were told it was a three hour wait. What? Three hours? In my humble opinion there is nothing worth waiting three hours on. Since our group was starving, we ate at the Grove Buffet. Which btw was excellent, but still disappointing when you’ve had your mind on Brew Brothers for an entire week. We moseyed around the casino for awhile and walked back to Brew Brothers around 9pm hoping to score a seat at the bar to watch the band. Unfortunately the entire bar was full, but the funny thing is, there was approximately 50 to 60 empty seats throughout the restaurant! Oh well, we ordered a round of their craft beers, stood and drank them. We then left, and as we were passing through the metropolis of South Bloomfield, we received the text that our table was ready at 10:30pm. No thanks. Sorry Brew Brothers, I was a huge fan, but I don’t see myself returning anytime soon.

First, upon arrival we were told by your hostesses there would be a wait. We did expect that. But what we did not expect was your hostesses to tell us they could not give us a time frame. I have never been to any restaurant where they would not give an estimated time frame. We were also not anticipating an hour wait. Second, was the best part of your restaurant. Our waitress, Paige was great. However, nothing else about our experience with your establishment was. I was expecting Brew Brothers to have a much broader selection of their own in house brewed beer. What they did have was a very outdated drink menu. Almost everything that was on your menu was not available. Very disappointing. While a couple of the drinks were fine, the peppered beer, oh what a disgust. Even the name should have given that away, but in attempt to be fair, it was given a chance. But, clearly was way, way off. Third, your food quality was below the food quality I would of expected to receive from a buffet. I ordered garlic fries for my appetizer. While the fries were the best food of the evening, even they were very dry, and without the garlic, we’re flavorless. For my entrée, I ordered the 8 oz sirloin medium-well. What I got was an over cook piece of flavorless leather. The prices you charge, and the quality of product you serve do not match. Even the two tables that were beside us complained, and sent their sirloin back for the basic same reasons I stated. Improperly cook, and just being outright bland. Clearly your kitchen staff have no experience cooking. As every problem they had with the steaks were because of the grill being to hot. Therfore burning the outside, and improperly cooking the inside. The prime rib sandwich my nephew had was also undercooked. Very disappointing as well with the food. Finally, the biggest irritation of the evening was AFTER we ate, and had a couple drinks, paid our tab, and was walking out that your staff decided it was the time to stop our party and ask my nephew for his identification. Now, can you explain this? Why is AFTER he was served, and had consumed his drink was he ID? If that was a concern isn’t that something you clarify BEFORE serving someone, and allowing them to consume the drink(s)? Not at the bottom of the ramp afterwards? What a joke, doubtful I will ever return to your establishment. Think I will wait until a real brewery opens up, which thankfully will not be long.

Loved the location(Scioto Downs). Great atmosphere. Even though I didn’t order any food, I could see from other people’s orders that the portions were very generous. Kind of a limited selection of beers, hopefully that will change(the name is «Brew Brothers, after all!) I will be a frequent visitor.

Being that I live less than 2 minutes from Brew Brothers, I used to frequent this place at least once a week when they first opened. The service was great and food was 5 stars. The chefs actually came out and asked us about our food and dining experience(not the managers) and what we thought were areas that needed improvement. Around the holidays(mid-December) we noticed a change — and NOT a good one. Weekends were getting busy(holidays– I get it), however we noticed that our wait times were getting ridiculously longer, the service was getting worse, the food was starting to slip and the front of the house(manager/hostesses) have no personality. I actually thought it was just me due to the holidays, but now we are in the middle of January and it’s actually WORSE than it was Christmas and NYE. 3 hour wait on a Saturday night when we arrived at 6PM? We always walk through the restaurant from the parking lot and take note of the many many empty tables and booths. A few times, our server actually told us that they were short staffed on the weekends, and that the wait staff also bus their own tables. One even told us it was by design so people would spend more time on the ‘game machines’. The management(front of the house) is supposed to set the expectation and is responsible for dining experience. The wait staff is responsible for the accuracy and timely delivery of all orders. From the time we arrive, we are now met with a hostess that has no personality and drolls out, ««we are really crowded tonight, so we may not get you seated. It may be up to 3 hours. Please leave your cell phone number so we may text you if a table opens up». The entertainment starts WAY too early. 10PM would be a better start(and the area farthest from the stage gets the WORST service(even the 12 top). I will not recommend BB to any of my friends(I was an avid endorser of this establishment, but I will not recommend it anymore).

Second time here on a Thursday! Great place to hang out on Thursdays! $ 3 Brew Brothers microbrews and $ 6 sloppy joes. The smoked wings are also good! The front hostess was a little not too helpful with seating. Didn’t know how long the wait was for a table. While there were open seats, they looked like they were reserved. Grab a seat at the bar and enjoy the show! Just wished it wasn’t in the casino.

What a great time, from start to finish! We were seated immediately. Our server was Thomas and he was awesome! We ordered the burnt ends which were awesome(a little fat but that’s expected). We had sandwiches which came out hot and tasting great! We splurged for dessert which was great as well! The beer was cold! The atmosphere and décor was relaxing and welcoming. I watched the manager engaging with and helping employees. We will absolutely be back and anticipate another positive experience!

I think I found my favorite restaurant! Unfortunately, this place is over twenty minutes away. Went here on a Saturday evening to see a band that we’d previously saw at the Veil Bar inside Scioto Downs. The place was packed during the 8 o’clock hour, so the hostess obtained our name and phone #. She informed us we’d receive a text message when our table was ready. Luckily the band was scheduled to take the stage at 9:30, so we had time to mosey around the casino floor. Approximately 35 minutes later, we received the text message that our table was ready. We were seated at a table near the awesome new stage. Our waitress Paige, was extremely friendly and prompt. I had my eye on the 1lb. steak dinner, but I had eaten a big lunch and didn’t have the appetite. We ordered off the appetizer menu and both the wife and I were amazed. I ordered the macho nachos which is a huge serving of loaded nachos. Delicious! The wife ordered the chicken tenders. They were hand breaded, and tasted like grandma’s old fried chicken recipe. Yum! Unbeknownst to us, the tenders came with a large order of French fries. Usually, French fries are just what they are, French fries. If you eat them great, if not, no big loss. They were the BEST French fries we’d ever had! I don’t know what they’re battered in, but they also have a teeny hint of vinegar. Don’t worry vinegar haters, my wife dislikes vinegar, but loved the fries! As for the in house brewed beers, anything but the lightest kind was too tart for my liking. The lightest kind of which I forget the name was very good. We then finished our meals with a shared Buckeye milkshake. OMG Steak and Shake eat your heart out! Best shake I’ve ever had! To top things off, the band was entertaining, and I can’t wait to go back with more room in my stomach!

TL;DR: I went home pissed off and hungry. NOTE: I posted a picture of my «medium» steak in the photos section. My friend and I made plans earlier in the day to come visit this place. From what we could tell online the food looked great, they had an impressive beer selection and we could do a little gambling before and after our meal. Sign me up! I’ve got to admit, after arriving and walking in, I was impressed. The atmosphere was entertaining, the host was friendly and the food smelled really good. The wait was a little long(about 45 minutes), but no worries, they let us go out into the casino while we waited. Fast forward 45 minutes and we were finally seated. By this time I was starving so I opted for the biggest rib eye steak they had on their menu. Let me tell you, that was a mistake. After a decent wait, they finally brought this thing out to me and OVER half of the steak was fat. Granted, I am well aware that rib eyes typically carry a little more fat on them in comparison to other cuts, but this thing was completely inedible. Not to mention, what little bit of meat I could find around the fat was RARE. Let me repeat, RARE. This is not an exaggeration.(I ordered my steak medium.) Keep in mind, I am not a picky eater whatsoever. When I am hungry, I will almost gobble anything down. I could not stomach this steak. Being friendly as possible I complained to the waitress and she of course apologized and she took my side that the steak looked completely disgusting. She walked away and came back, only to offer me a free dessert. I had to remind her that this was a $ 20 steak that I was not able to eat. So this time she picked up my plate and took it back with her to show her manager. I literally watch her, the manager, two other waitresses and the cook all come out and circle around my plate. I watched them as they shook their head and made some rudely appearing expressions. After a few minutes they all disappear and my waitress brings us our checks without saying a word or even offering to do anything about my steak nor my bill. She just places our checks down and attempts to leave. I was like«WAIT A MINUTE». I had to stop her and ask her if they were going to even do anything about the issue and she said«sorry, let me go talk to my manager again». Once again, I watch her walk away and talk to her manager who does not seem a bit concerned, all while chit-chatting with a different table and having a good old time. After some dirty looks and another 10 minute wait, they finally agreed to cover my bill. At this point, my friend and I just looked at each other in disbelief. This is NOT how a manager handles a situation like this. Not once did she come over and apologize. It’s unfortunate, but the manager(Jessica) is going to run this place into the ground. NOTE: I posted a picture of my «medium» steak in the photos section.

We went their opening day and were very pleasantly surprised. As it is connected to a Racino, we expected higher prices, however found them very competitive. We have returned several times, tried several different items and have always been very pleased with the Quality of food and servers attentiveness. Only once was it necessary to wait to be seated.

Went to brew brothers last night for a Christmas get together. Arrived at 7 pm. They had refused to take a reservation for a party of 10, said we would get seated quickly. Finally got seated after 9 pm, after getting a text at 8 that our table was ready. Unfortunately, they gave that table away to someone else. Service was very slow at the table, ok at the bar. However, several people ordered the same drink and they all tasted different. Expected to pay a little bit more considering where we were, however. The quality and quantity was sadly lacking. Got the Ohio steak and cheese, lots of cheese and bread, very little of anything else to it. Fries left a nasty after taste in your mouth. Got sat right in front of the stage, couldn’t hold a conversation if you wanted to. We were all forced to get up and face the stage, so they could take a picture. The only reason the review is not a one, is due t ok the dark haired girl at the bar. She was very friendly and good at her job.

The wife and I started with the soft pretzel, each had a burger and ended with the ice cream /brownie dessert. Amazing food, wonderful service(Thanks Rachel!) fun atmosphere(looks like the weekends would be a hoot with the stage). We will be back.

We went there on their first Friday since being opened and was very pleasantly surprised. It is really nicely decorated and open inside. We got a 4 cheese wood grilled pizza and the veggie burger. We ordered the fried pickle chips for our appetizer, but at 6pm on a Friday they ran out. We chose the onion rings instead, and we’re glad, because they were delicious and perfectly fried. We can’t wait to go back and try more of their dishes, although for vegetarians, they are limited in their selection.

Stopped there on day two of being open so they did not have any of their own microbrews but did have others that are locally made to choose from. The food we got was very good, American Burger and Pastram-Inator…and the staff was very attentive and friendly. Can’t wait for their own craft beer to be ready will definatley be back to try it and try more food! Like all the TVs to watch sports and they have a nice stage for local music, just what we needed in this end of town! This is directly connected to the Racino so it is for the 21 and over crowd only.

We went here on 1÷9÷16 to celebrate my sisters birthday. Waited 2 hours to get seated. Occupied the time by walking around the casino, but 2 hours is an extreme wait. Started off with fried pickles, loaded fries, and the soft pretzel. The apps were excellent. Dinner not so much. I ordered the roasted chicken dish. They serve it over fries. It would be ok if the chicken was not on top of the fries… it made it a mushy mess. Ditch the fries and serve with a potato. I could not finish it. My sister got a steak. Wanted medium well… came out medium. The guys cheesesteaks were ok. We split the brownie and ice cream — it was good. With the wait and the undesirable main courses… I would probably try somewhere else.
