Thorsen James R DVM

I went to Dr Thorsen because my regular vet was closed Saturdays. I walked in with no appointment, but they took me right back. My cat Max had a Urinary Track Infection. The Dr was great, explaining what was happening, what could cause it and the best course of action. Monday morning his staff called to check on Max. Later that night I started having some concerns and called the answering service. Dr Thorsen called right back and talked me through some things to do to help Max feel better, even offered to see him that night, even though it was after hours. He ended up having to keep Max for a few days to perform a procedure. The staff was very attentive to both Max and me when I came to check on him every day. They cuddled with him and talked to him to make him feel better the whole time he was in the «hospital». When I brought him home, they called to check on him. I’m switching to Dr Thorsen, I’ve never seen anyone be to attentive to my pet and me too!
