I have been going to Tim Horton’s before work but for the last two and then I was transferred and this one become the closest and it is by far the slowest most rude staff I have ever seen. My wait time was on average 15 min plus even when the store is half empty. If you are in the area I sat going this location a hard pass

Went throught he line, was pulled forward. Saw a couple walking out with an employee following them. Turns out they gave my order to them and then brought the bag over to me after they had went through it. The employee assured me that the customer hadn’t touched my sandwhiches, which I clearly saw them do when they were looking through the bag. The customer was practically staring at me at while this conversation was going on, so I reclutlantly accecpted the food out of fear of any kind of confrontation. Bottom line, they should of voluenteered to make me new sandwhiches, but who knows how much longer that would have taken, I had already waited 10 min. I do not reccommend this Tim hoton’s unless you want to wait in line a really long time.

Probably thee worst Tim Hortons in all of Columbus! Customer service is either ok or really bad, coffee is not consistent nor tastes good.

Just in case any one was wondering if this location got any better, it hasn’t. The staff are not friendly. They are actually pretty rude and treat you like you are wasting their time. I always ask for light cream cheese when I go because every Tim hortons gives you a shift ton and they made it very messy. My bagel didn’t even seem toasted. Bad customer service already makes me cringe enough as it is, bad food just tops it off.

This Tim Hortons is HORRIBLE! Staff is rude and extremely SLOW. The only reason we were continuing to go to this location is because it is directly across from work. My husband and I were hoping after several calls to the owner that the service would improve and that the orders would be correct and fresh… That is not the case! The orders are continually wrong, the food is either incorrect, cold or just plain Old. We suggest to AVOIDTHISLOCATION! !!! WORSTTIMHORTONS I’VEEVERBEENTO!

Stopped at this location this morning, only to find the doors locked. Apparently they only have a couple of workers in the restaurant. In that case, they close the restaurant, and only run the drive thru. Hire better workers or borrow from other stores, but don’t do this.

Now I know why I drive into Westerville even though this location is closer. I always have to ask for a sleeve for my coffee and when I do they look at me like they have to pay for them out of their own pocket. Also this is the only drive through I ever seem to be speaking a foreign language as I have to repeat myself almost always no less than three times. Ughhhh then nine times out of ten my order is wrong. Guess I just reminded myself why I drive so far to the next one. Yikes.

This place used to be good(like just a month ago!), but now almost every time my order is wrong – and it takes forever. Everyone used to be super nice(there was a girl there that always went out of her way to be sweet, she was awesome), but now everyone always has a bad attitude. Like, I just asked for a sleeve for the scalding coffee you just gave me, don’t need to throw it at me. I always order extra cream cheese(and would willingly pay extra), but the last three times they seem to be putting less and less on. I get a coffee two sugars, no cream. Today? Two creams, no sugar! Blech. I’m done. I’ve tried. I’ve come to this Tim Hortons twice a week or more for four months, it’s gotten terrible. Also, you might want to get your people off their cell phones while there’s a line of cars around the building and a long line inside.

The Drive-Thru at this location is so fast. I need a caffeine pick me up a few time a week so I like to grab an Ice Cappuccino. This has to be their most popular drink! Every time I’m in the drive thru, the cars in front of me are reaching out and grabbing Ice Caps like they are going out of style. The staff is always friendly so go check them out!!!

So, I had heard the story of the mystical Tim Horton’s from those who had ventured into the Great White North, but imagine my surprise when I found them, in great abundance, to my SOUTH. There are many, MANY of these fine establishments in Columbus, where I first tasted the ambrosia that is what they call… A DOUGHNUT. I’ve had other chain doughnuts, but this, this was AMAZING. It melted in my mouth, and left me wanting more. I also had a great breakfast sandwich with some of the best coffee I’ve ever had… Bottom line, TIMHORTON’S, BUILDSOMEOFTHESEPLACESINCLEVELAND, PLEASE!!!

Just stole this bit of trivia from Eric B. «Tim Hortons was founded in 1964 in Hamilton, Ontario by Canadian hockey player Tim Horton. In 1967 Horton partnered with investor Ron Joyce, who quickly took over operations and expanded the chain into a multi-million dollar franchise. He also bought out the family interest after Tim Horton’s death in a car accident in 1974. As a result of Ron Joyce’s aggressive expansion, independent doughnut shops in Canada had been virtually eliminated and Canada’s per-capita ratio of doughnut shops surpassed those of all other countries.» Interesting, huh?
