Touch Therapy Medical Massage

As a first time customer, my experience was pretty great. Nikki was my therapist and was wonderful. Very professional and listened to what I wanted. However I think it was her first day and I had a Groupon, which she didn’t really know how to ring up. She had to call someone else to figure it out which took a little longer than I expected. But no big deal. Nikki was great. The place was very relaxing and peaceful. I will for sure be returning.

Sometimes you can find a super awesome deal on Groupon and this is definitely my favorite find to date. I bought a three massage Groupon for an exceptionally good price and made my first appointment right away. I met with Inge and was sold! Even with two massages left on my Groupon I bought an additional 10 to ensure I could maintain a consistent massage schedule since I have low back pain after a car accident and moving.
Inge is fabulous and has strong hands and a great knowledge of the body. She has found everywhere I hurt and has known exactly how to work on me and make me feel better. I went in on my first visit with a tight neck and shoulder and could barely turn my head. She had me fixed up the first visit!
As for the location itself, it is super cute. It may seem like you are going into an iffy location since it is kind of off the beaten path and in an older medical building but trust me, it is worth the visit. The front desk staff are kind. Everyone I have met there has been friendly. The location is cozy with candles, soft couches and candy to munch on. The rooms are warm and inviting with candle light as well. The linens are clean, the tables are warm and there are cute decorative touches everywhere.
I know some places are «prettier» and want to give you an expensive spa feel but I am not one for this kind of place. I want a cozy place where I can get to know the person and to be treated well without a constant upsell sales pitch.

Since I spend the majority of my day hunched over in a dental chair seeing patients, I tend to just push my back to the max. A friend suggested I see a massage therapist so I been to a couple but they never seem to follow through when they say deep tissue massage except for Touch Therapy. I went to see Sheila, this was my second time seeing her but I heard all the therapists there are just as great. After a session with her my back feels a little sore but with proper hydration, I always feel absolutely amazing the next day. If you have some deep knots in your back and truly need someone to work those kinks out, then this is the place for you!

I went here the first time from a groupon. The second time with my mother because I needed her to experience the amazing massage and understand why I keep bragging about this place.
The décor and ambiance leaves a lot to be desired hence the 4 stars… the broad street location, the building is almost creepy, the Bexley location is definitely better but once Danielle started my massage all tension and worry went away. It is the best massage of my life! and I have had several.
I felt like a new person. When I went with my mom I gave her Danielle and I too Olga who was nice and it was a pleasant massage but if you have the option. Danielle is the one to see!
Also they constantly send discount emails almost once a month with the same groupon prices. Definitely a winner!

I got a Groupon for a 60-​minute massage. The place is a little bit hard to find, since it’s not directly off the main road, but has ample parking. I arrived a couple of minutes late due to traffic and my GPS having no idea where the place was. Pretty nice facility — not super fancy but cozy, clean, and professional-​looking. I filled out an information form as a first-​time client, so remember to account for that extra time. My therapist was Andre, who was very professional and regularly asked for feedback about how I preferred the pressure, what temperature the table should be at, etc. I thought he would end the session early since we started late, but instead he stayed late and gave me the full 60 minutes, which was great customer service! Very good massage, super relaxing and helped me work out some tight spots. They also provided me with a Groupon-​returning customer coupon, which was nice. I will come back when I have the urge (and money) to treat myself.
