Jim Disher Trucking

Unfortunately I had a very bad experience with Jim Disher Trucking.
I Posted a time sensitive equipment shipment I needed to get from Colorado to California on uShip.
After a day or so I had 5 bids. The Jim Disher bid, from Mike, who works there, said he would pick up and deliver when I needed. I sent him specific questions to make sure he was committed and he replied that he was all set and ready to go as scheduled and as agreed.
Even though they were the high bid I accepted the bid and paid in full!!! When I tried to contact Mike by text and by email to coordinate he did even not reply. He contacted the person I said would handle the pickup and confirmed the day.
Now, the night before the agreed upon confirmed day, he cancels the contract. I have paid in full, need the item, he won’t answer his phone. When I called Jim Disher himself he basically didn’t apologize, offer to help or give a damn. Now I won’t get a full refund, won’t get my shipment when I needed, and they caused it.
So before considering using them consider that they don’t keep their word and you too might be screwed if you book with them.
