Taco Bell

This place has done nothing but went down hill. In the last month my order has been wrong, and they claim to not have pepsi. This has been a on going problem and I’m getting sick of it.

The Good: They are open late and there isn’t much competition at that time of the night.
The Bad: They probably have the absolute worst collection of workers. The service is horrible and there is no quality control. Good luck getting the girl at the drive thru and the girl at the lobby register to stop talking long enough to take your order. After spending 25 minutes in the drive thru, I was handed 2 small bags of food that contained half of my order. I tried to ask for the rest of my order but she quickly closed the window and went back to her conversation with her friend. I drive around to the lobby where I was the only person at the counter and still had to wait to be helped. It was amazing to see the meeting of the minds that took place when they were looking for the rest of my order. I will never go back to Taco Bell anywhere. Before you had to worry about getting bubble guts and mud butt from their food and now it’s like playing the lotto just to see if you will get what you paid for. Notice how it is never an error in your favor?
The Ugly: This is what $ 15 an hour is going to look like. If this doesn’t motivate me to quit fast food, I don’t know what will.

40 minutes stuck in the drive through with 6 or 7 cars! Then they screw the whole order up! I don’t expect much out of Taco Bell but they should have a way to get out of the drive through if they’re going to hold people hostage for 40 min

Second time I’ve tried this location, and BOTH times my order was wrong. So when I call, after having to look up the number since it’s not on the receipt, the lady said oh sorry. Come back and we’ll give you a free one. Nice, since I’m already all the way home and I waited in the drive thru line for about 20 minutes.

You go to fast food in part because you know what you’re getting. A Mexican pizza will be the same nationwide. Not cheeseless. Or all the cheese on one side. Or cold. Or sans meat. All I want from them is the same product we get everywhere else. And it is totally beyond their abilities.

Where do I start… Service slow and never gets orders correctly. Last week I got a taco salad beef. Didn’t come with any of that sauce in the small cup. When I asked about it, was told they were out. How can they sell an item that is not complete? Partner got 2 burrito supreme without tomatoes. They put tomatoes on his burritos! So today, Sunday, we go back and get the same thing. Service SLOW, ORDER MESSED UP AGAIN. Tomatoes on the order again, this time no beans? Come on now. Product quality ZERO. I believe giving second chances, but this was their 3^rd. Sorry not going back again. Oh and by the way, it would be nice to actually have a fork to eat a salad instead of a spoon and my receipt says cashier was Vanessa J, well it was a guy. I don’t think his name was Vanessa. No one cares at this place.

This location is new, clean, great service, and the perfectly replicated franchise food, as we all expect it to be.

I love Taco Bell as much as the next gal, but this place has terrible and extremely slow service!

Quick friendly service in the drive through at night. They took care of my order quickly and were accurate. I love the Doritos Locos tacos. If you need a late night snack or meal this is the place to be.

So happy with this Taco Bell. Food is always great and warm! So grateful for such a great restaurant so close.

I have been to a few Taco Bell locations. This one is by far one of the slowest out there. I’ve had more cheese on a fast food burger than the nachos I ordered. However not all bad to report; the ladies who work there are friendly. Just saying if this this joint wasn’t right past the way I take to and from work, I wouldn’t go there. This was my 2^nd time there since it opened. There will likely be another, if desperate enough; not anytime soon. Slooooooow service.

This is the new design prototype nationwide? Service was typical Taco Bell — mediocre and nothing hurried. Dining room seemed overly dark and kind of dingy. Overall not too impressed. Food was typical TB so I guess they are stuck with an A-​OK from me.

After a few new open jitters. They have been pretty great. Always quick and always very nice. I typically go thru the drive thru.

Wouldn’t normally write a review for a fast food chain, unless it was exceptional. However I thought you would want to know that this store is not concerned with customer service at this new Taco Bell. I arrived at 1145pm. It says on their web page they are open until 12am on Monday and it says 1am on Unilocal’s hours. So arriving before closing should be OK
I got their, the manager, asked me to pull up to the window. He said all he has are taco’s available, he took everything down so «he could get out on time». I told him it said they closed at 12, he said he wanted to get out on time. I asked him «so you leave at 12 you don’t close at 12» to give him a chance to correct his lie. He didn’t. He said he wanted to get out on time.
Hey Taco Bell owner, please hire someone who wants to serve their customers properly until the posted closing time, or change the closing time so I don’t waste the drive!

Just went thru the drive thru at 11:50 pm The lady at the window was extremely nice A+ for the customer service! For the first time ever a Taco Bell got my order right! (No lettuce) And the food was hot, fresh, and good! Very pleased with this new Taco Bell!!!
