Disappointed with customer service. Not comparable to market leaders like Zappos great customer service :/
I ordered a pair of men’s shoes in California but inside the package were women’s shoes that should have gone to someone in Missouri (I’m pretty sure she wasn’t happy either!)
The problem was when I notified them of their error they said they would only ship my shoes once they could confirm the wrong ones were coming back to them. Further more no compensation was offered of any sort for the hassle & inconvenience.
