Good dinner service was just ok, we had a new server so he did the best he could. Only complaint was a 1.50 charts on the bill we couldn’t figure what it was for! Seems we get overcharged everywhere not just here! Overall good experience we will definitely be back!

I’ve been here dozens of times but they recently revamped their garden bar and hit it out of the park. Fantastic selection and fresh ingredients. This garden bar is unique among even other Ruby Tuesday’s. They tried to up their game and came through in a big way. Hummus, pasta salad, potato salad, and bacon galore. The food has always been spot on and very good. Service has always been good as well. One big peeve though. Don’t put my check on the table 2 minutes after we get our food. I’ve been told by multiple servers its«policy». That needs to change. Nobody wants to feel like they’re being pushed out the door. Want that 5th star? Change the«policy». Edit per Response: Roasted brussel sprout salad with apples. I don’t recall its name listed on the Garden Bar. Very nice flavor profile. The fried cheese chips as well. Reminds me of Frico when I lived in Italy. And of course previously mentioned items.

This was a roadside dinner and it delivered! I ordered the soup, any soup — I just asked the waitress to bring me whichever she wanted. This was a good move as I ALWAYS order the Broccoli Cheddar but she brought me the Chicken Tortilla. It was really, really good. My husband had the«new» salad bar with everything made fresh in-house. He thought it was really good and made two trips. I ordered the Chicken Broccoli pasta which was wonderful!(Granted, I was really hungry but this was delish.) I forgot to order it without chicken. Most chicken is so dry I just choose to forgo it. But this chicken was really moist and had a great flavor. Hubby had a burger and fries. Based on the licked clean plate, I can say he really enjoyed it. I didn’t get our waitresses name but wish I had. She was very attentive and receptive. The only reason it’s not rated a 5 is because of the chain factor. It’s not a bad thing, just cuts down on originality.

Super fresh salad bar! Our meals where very tasty and the service was great. Restaurant was very clean. Great value and excellent lunch option better than fast food for the price. We will be back!

Nice place to enjoy good food and conversation, great chooses on menu, and no pushy servers, spent about 2 hours just talking with my date and never was interrupted even though we had finished our meals, just a more relaxed atmisphere

Love this place. Service is always spot on and I’ve never had a bad meal. The chicken Bella and peppercorn Parmesan steak are my favorites. The grilled zucchini and green beans are always an excellent choice of sides and the mash potatoes are great as well. The salad bar isn’t bad either. I wish they had beets but I’m just being selfish. Every time I’m in the area RT is my go to spot.

Summary: Share an appetizer with a friend and get a garden salad bar as your side with ruby relaxers. My family and I came here after shopping all day Tanger Outlets. We were starving! And exhausted. And craving salad bar! We arrived at the perfect place to satisfy our culinary and emotional needs. We arrived at 6pm so we missed happy hour, but we still tried some of their drinks. I had the superfruit sangria which was the perfect level of natural sweetness. My cousin and brother-in-law got the Ruby Relaxers which we joked about being grapefruit-related, but the ingredients don’t have grapefruit. However, it definitely tastes grapefruity! My aunt got the salted caramel apple martini which was great and tasted like a caramel apple, but I didn’t get the salted part. For entrees, we got the glazed bourbon grilled chicken with mashed potatoes and a garden bar salad and my aunt got the carolina chicken with the garden bar salad for me. The bourbon glaze on the chicken was the perfect level of sweetness and the mashed potatoes hit the spot. I had so much fun making the salad and economically it was a great price($ 2.99 because we added it to the salad entrée)! I would have given it four stars however there the carolina chicken was very blahhhh. The chicken tasted good, but the carolina chicken salad itself fell short and even looked unappetizing. Our server was pretty awesome! She had some technical difficulties and drinks took a while to get to our table, but it seemed out of her control since she was checking on us frequently.

This was literally the most disgusting meal I’ve ever had. I feel sorry for anyone who eats here. We stopped in on our way home from Asheville. I should have known when we sat down and the people behind us were sending something back because they found it «inedible.» The waitress kept making excuses about too much garlic, but it obviously was NOT the issue. We got the salad bar, which was okay. Not anything I’d even consider good. Decent, I guess. Then the entrees came. I got what was supposed to cajun pasta, but was really cold, clumped together noodles with burnt onions and peppers, slimy shrimp that didn’t looked fully cooked, microwave chicken, and sausage that tasted like hot dogs. And my husband simply got a buffalo chicken sandwich– which was so slimy and tasted SOBAD. Everything was god awful. We didn’t finish anything and asked for a check. And as we were leaving, a table next to us found something in their food. I don’t know if it was a hair or a bug or what. But I could NOT get out of there fast enough. Not to mention we both got sick that night. Surprise, surprise.

It has been awhile since I have visited a Ruby Tuesdays and I am glad I came back. The set up of this location is horrible but the food was good and so was the staff. The garden bar was super fresh with tastey options. The party I was with enjoyed their food and drinks as well!

Ooops, I did it again. I visited a CHAIN… dun dun dunnnnn! THESCENE It’s been a while since I’ve eaten @ a Ruby Tuesday location. So today I stopped by with a few friends before going on a 4 day camping trip. I’m not entirely sure if you can even call it a camping trip considering we all had dormitory-style cabins, central heat, comfy beds, showers and indoor meeting facilities. But I suppose for a bunch of city boys, not having access to the internet or mobile phones is about as rough as we can stand!!! Plus we were placing our stomachs in the hands of 15 guys who would be doing all the cooking for over 120 Christian men during this retreat, so we figured we’d have a good meal before the trip officially began… sort of a last supper(LOL). THEFOOD I LOVE a good burger, so it wasn’t very difficult for our server to convince me to order the slightly more expensive Triple Prime Cheddar Burger($ 10.49). My burger was cooked to a perfect medium temperature and placed on a toasted bun with delicious sauteed onions. Our server Jessica keyed in on my enthusiastic joy of mayo and brought extra on the side. How sweet! If I wasn’t already married, I would have asked for her hand right there! It just ain’t a burger without mayo. I also ordered a round of Shrimp Fondue($ 7.99) for the guys. What a tasty appetizer this is and you get a good amount for the money. There was so much of it that I ran out of tortilla chips, which Jessica happily refilled @ no charge. She also made sure my coke glass stayed full of ice cold frizzy nose tickling goodness and cleared empty plates as needed without being asked. This was greatly appreciated because the tables are not very big and four 200lb+ guys run out of room quickly. The other fellas all ordered the combo Buffalo Chicken Mini’s & salad bar($ 8.99). Not knowing just what kind of food was in store for our trip, I had no intention on wasting my calories on greenery! This just might be the last decent meal I have for days. THEVERDICT Ruby Tuesday’s has always been a solid choice for a good meal. Their restaurants are a great value for the money in my opinion and I plan to return soon to use the 25% OFF coupon they gave me @ check-out. — — — — — — – NOTES: Date & Time –Thursday, February 14th, 2013 @ 12:30pm Tip — Located on the same exit as Tanger Outlet Mall Unilocal100 [37]

If you haven’t been to this location recently, I urge you to give them another try. We’ve been several times in the past few months and every time the staff has been friendly and helpful, and the food has been prepared perfectly. In fact, last night we left another Commerce restaurant after waiting an hour and having to send our steaks back three times(overcooked, raw, and overcooked again!), but the kitchen staff at Ruby Tuesday got the steak cooked perfectly(medium) on the first try! This restaurant also recently participated in a community give-back program; it’s great to see national chains demonstrate an interest in the local community.

If I could, I would mark this a 2 ½ star. I think the floor plan at this place is just awful. The order station for the servers is right by the bathrooms. Every single time I’ve been there I have to dodge the servers to get in there. Plus, the bathroom is ALWAYS dirty. The extra ½ star I would give it is for the wonderful Asiago cheese sauce sirloin I had there the other week. That thing was cooked perfectly and about as tall as a filet. Kudos for that!

Service SUCKED, and it was very slow! The saladbar plates were dirty. The zucchini sliders were really good, but the feta in them made them WAY too salty but still very good. The fries were very crisp and good too!

Let’s cut to the chase. The food was really great. The service? Notsomuch. The server seemed hellbent on rushing us out before we could order anything more than a basic dinner/salad bar and one drink(beer for me, water for my other half). We didn’t get a chance to contemplate dessert -” are you wanting a dessert? no? OK, here’s the bill!” — all in one breath; much less a refill on my beer. I mean, we weren’t drunk. Not on a beer and water! We were walking from our hotel a scant 2 blocks distant, so no driving, but again, *he* ordered water. *I* had beer. If the food was the determining factor, I’d go there over the Applebees across the street where we had dinner the first night. BUT, based on the service? Applebees won that one, folks.

This location is very popular since it’s next to the outlets. Met my parents here for Fathers Day since it’s a half way point from both our houses. The service is good and the food is good as well. Will eat here again as it is the only half way decent restaurant near the outlets. And if you like strawberry lemonade give theirs a try, it’s worth waiting for!
