It always feel good to walk in somewhere and know that you’re welcomed and your company is genuinely enjoyed by those around there. As a male it’s not often I feel comfortable in this sort of Domain, but hair control managed to do it the best.

Marla is amazing! Been going to her for a little over a year now. She’s very knowledgeable, stays up on hair trends, and most importantly for me, the style will be cute, but she also cares about HAIR HEALTH! No point of me getting a weave as a protective style if I come out with thinning or balding from too much pulling. What’s also great is I can take her pictures of five similar styles that I like n she’ll create exactly what I want! That’s what happened today. I showed her different parts of bob haircuts that I liked. We discussed length, the bangs, and after she cut n styled it we went back in for some small adjustments n it came out perfect! I love to give the stylist some freedom, but knowing I’ll still get what I want n love it. I always get lots of compliments on my hair. OH! She also sells hair, several diff kinds that are all of very high quality. I will share pics from several diff hairstyles to show her versatility. Love Hair Control!!!

Marla is an awesome stylist. She’s also really kind and a pleasure to converse with. Her shop is clean and comfortable. For $ 60, she washed and straightened my long, thick natural hair. I described how I wanted my bangs cut and they came out perfect. She’s not «scissors happy» like some stylist can be.
She’s also well known for putting in excellent weaves. Top notch work.
