You can’t beat the quality of the Rhinotek cartridges. I’ve ordered from them for years. Every time I order 6 I get 1 free.

one star is too many for these crooks. Fraudulent inducement by salesman. Baloney with their collections department. I paid them for the cartridge they sent today, after they told me I would never have to pay for the trial cartridge they sent me, then later denied it, calling it a «misunderstanding.» I understood perfectly well and had said I’am already satisfied with my supplier, so they pitched the free trial. Go anywhere else. Unbelievable sack of mendacious … Also when I called their so called«vice president of finance» the call goes to some adult talk hotline. I tried three times to get through and dialed carefully. Slimey comes to mind.

I received a call from mike, sales manager after I posted on Unilocal.He apologized for the problem and seemed to really care that I was made happy. All I wanted was a label to ship back and to have invoice deleted. He insisted on giving the toner at no charge. I was assured this was an honest error with a new employee and he made me happy. We are going to try the cartridge and consider buying from them in the future. Any company can have a complaint, a good company makes it right which they did. I hope you will consider buying from this company as they seem to really care their clients are happy. I upgraded my star to a two. They should have an easy return system like all large companies. I should have been able to call in, get someone who could help me, deleted the invoice and sent a return label with no hassle. I am overall happy I got my problem resolved but should I have had to go through a week of emails with no reply to them, phone calls with no return call and then in my frustration that I had been had, post on Unilocal?I do believe if I had not posted on Unilocal,I would not have gotten my problem resolved. Mike also asked if I would go on Unilocal and post this message which I did. It seems when I posted the truth of my experience with the company on here is when they seemed to all of the sudden to care about my happiness as a customer. I am only posting the truth of my experience with this company. If you look at my account on Unilocal,you will notice I have only posted of two bad experiences ever. I am not trying to get something for nothing as that would not be fair to the business.

Rhinotek is my go to place for all of the toner at my place of employment. I was a bit nervous at first to use their products because it is recycled toner. You think you would experience streaking, etc. No, only once after years of a customer did I experience that and my rep made the return super easy. Great staff. Adrienne is my relationship manager and I adore her. When my company made the decision to leave Rhinotek for a cheaper and more local alternative, Adrienne stepped up and saved the account by doing everything in her power to keep us. Her customer service is what saved our account and it has to be the best office supply decision we’ve made. Rhinotek is also conscious of the enviroment. They offer a free recycling program where they send you boxes and pay for shipping for your empty toner cartridges.
