I placed a to go order over the phone and as soon as I came in they had it ready for me, great service and staff !

I was ABSOLUTELY FLOORED when the cashier told me there was an .50 cent charge to make my drink thicker and if I wanted it extra thick the charge would be $ 1.00! I’ve been a Jamba Juice customer for years and I have NEVER known them to charge to make any drink thicker. ONLY in COMPTON! This is why it’s hard to patronize our city and community. Believe it or not it’s the small a things that make a difference. And to top it off the floors were filthy! Pineapples all on the mats. And the cabinets! OMG they looked HORRIBLE! I understand this store is franchise but honestly they need to do better!

After a week of working out I wanted to treat myself to a Jamba Juice how hard is it to put fresh fruit and vegetables in a blender and stir it up all the additives and filters and the fillers is just nasty for 8 bucks

Worst Jamba Juice ever !!! Be prepared to wait forever for your drink. Worst customer service as well.

This is probably the biggest Jamba Juice location that I have been to.
The customer service is wonderful, they are always smiling and very polite.
The device is fast as well.
I always see that this place is very clean, such an important factor.
They quality of the drinks are amazing!

As much crap as I talk about compton business, I got to give credit when credit is due I am not a hypocrite. The service was good, a little slower than others I have been to but I am a patient woman. My drink was made just right and my waffle was toasted just right. Thank you CPT!!!

Today I visited this location for the first time. It was clean and there were only two people ahead of me in line. The cashier robotically greeted all of us in a way that seemed very forced. I ordered my 16oz strawberry-​banana and waited about 5 minutes. A girl called out my order and put my visibly dripping cup on the counter. How hard would have been to wipe off what YOU spilled on the outside of a customer’s cup?! That upset me so I quickly left without tasting my smoothie. I got to my car and tasted it, and it was awful. I don’t understand how she messed up on one of the simplest things on the menu! Not only were there huge chunks of ice (the size of a poly seed) there were also chunks of banana. I’m very disappointed with this location. I hope the employees receive better training on how to properly treat customers & BLEND the smoothies so they are able to be DRANK and not chewed!!!

Typical jamba juice. Clean location located in the shopping center. Workers are friendly. You can sample before you buy. I had to try the apples and greens which was great. It is a green drink but yummy and healthy. Pretty quick service. Smoothies were made just right. Limited seating inside location. There is also some seating outside if you wanna stay and enjoy your drink. They also have limited selection on sandwiches, oatmeal and breakfast. Some snacks also.

Its a pretty good location. Not too fond that its next door to a 24fitness because you usually those ppl that most likely «squat» the machines and spend that time glued to their phones. Quality is great but they might need to focus on making orders… Maybe an extra hand or 2

They just dropped to the lowest rating this morning. I walk in at 8 a.m. with only one customer before me, the cashier and no one else in sight. The customer took 8 minutes to order four items… (When you are waiting you unnecessarily, you tend to look at your watch) as the cashier laughed it up with him. (Concentrate people) Once he finished his order, all of a sudden another girl, we’ll call her L, comes from the back, asking the cashier if she needs help. (Think much?) Where the fkkk was she all this damn time in the first place? As she starts his order, she strikes up conversation because he is not talking to her. She chatted with him the entire time while preparing his order and this slowed her down a bit. (WHERE IS THE MUTHA FKKIN HUSTLE) This person wants more juice, extra ice, less this, more that… and she is all over it. Never mind the now five other waiting customers after him.
So he leaves satisfied, (chick from the back pulls her panties up) and now comes my order. Half of it, so more waiting. I say to her, «you guys could use more employees in the morning, this is a long wait.» She completely ignores me. However, she was just full of conversation with the needy person before me. All I ask when I am spending my money for a product is a little «CUSTOMER SERVICE». It took 20 minutes for me to be served my order. For 20 minutes, I could have made my own damn smoothie at home and from here out that is what I will do before I ever step foot in this particular establishment again.
A couple weeks earlier, I came for some oatmeal, which I find to very good. They were open but… the oatmeal was not ready. WITMFH

I’m a fan of Jamba Juice and when I was in the Gateway center picking up something’s at target I decided to drop by.
The location is clean and the workers are really friendly.
Before ordering they offered me 2 samples of their daily juices. If it wasn’t for the samples I probably wouldn’t have got the kale juice.
I usually get some type if sugary smoothie but no not today. Thanks to the wonderful service I will be able to be healthy today !!!
Try the tropical greens and the strawberry bowl. Both are delicious and healthy.

I always like hitting up this Jamba after working out.
They are pretty fast. I’ve always had a positive experience here. Sweet clerks.
Most importantly, my smoothies are always on point and filled to the brim.
Love them.

AWWWwww man! Why in Compton??? WHHHHHHHYYYYyyyy??? Jamba Juice is a good establishment but the wrong employees will tarnish a reputation.
I’m proud to live in Compton but this makes me sad. KNAT FACTORY!!! Their pastry case is full of knats. When I saw them, I told the cashier and she looked and said that she would take the food out. 10 minutes later they were still working aside the knat case. I went for my drink and saw knats flying around it. SMH, come on yall. Lets represent Compton in a nice light.

This location is smaller than most but it still offers the same great jamba juice taste as all the others. What i noticed different is that the juicing area/​kitchen is longer and spacious than most, and it’s all in front of you… I didn’t know that Jamba juice now offers fresh squeeze juice made to order as well as a kids size juice– 9.5 oz.
Customer service was fine and I didn’t have to wait long for my juice to be made.

I like Jamba Juice and I’m so glad that they opened this one. It’s close to my work and I don’t have to drive all the way to Cerritos to have one. lol
I know what’s on your mind, is it safe there?
The answer is YES! It’s by the Alameda exit on the 91 Fwy. Inside the Compton Town Center. If ever there was a safe place to be in Compton, this is it. Lol.
It’s a small store but long. You have to walk all the way in where the cashier is to place an order then walk all the way back towards the door to pick up your drink
I tried their new smoothie. Apples ‘n Greens «A blend of apple-​strawberry and green vegetable juices, kale, peaches, mangos and bananas» it’s pretty good. I couldn’t even taste any of the veggie ingredient. I liked it!
I’m a fan of Jamba Juice and I know I’ll be a fan of this location.
I’ll definitely be back.

This place was clean and fresh looking when it first opened. We went in today and place looks and feels dirty. No customer service. no greeting… no smiles. Believe it or not, those greetings that many places have their employees yell out whenever someone walks in. it really makes a welcoming difference.
Anyway. I had 2 bogo coupons, one coupon per customer said the fine print. So then the girl tells me I can only use one. I said, okay tHen, well my son is going to order and pay after me then and he can use the other coupon. She paused and said welllll okay iguess you could… if he was a customer. I said well yeah, he is a customer. The manager walks over and said my son couldn’t use the second bogo coupon I had because every coupon has a. unique qr code… even tho the coupon said all the employee had to do is press the bogo key on the promo screen.
Long story short. Bunch a bs. Coupon thing not a big deal… but. lack of customer service made it into one.

I can’t hate jamba juice for any reason!
I think this is a fairly new location and its just like every other location I’ve visited.
They always take my order and complete it fairly quickly as well.
It was also very clean the times I have visited.

After a great workout, it’s nice to have a smoothie place to stop by and pick fruit juice from. As a previous Jamba employee, I am very biased with how each smoothie should be made. The customer service at this location is good. They are very friendly.
The only downfall is that my banana berry smoothie is stiff. Nonetheless, it’s nice to have something as nice as Jamba Juice in the city of Compton!!!
