Slow service. I was at the drive thru for at LEAST 40 min. Late for an appointment I had. Food was a disgust, and to read someone actually found a rats tail, makes me a bit concerned.

was on the drive thru for 10 min! the lady in the mic. Was very nice the one giving us the food didn’t even smile. or apologize about the LONG WAIT.

Unilocal needs a — rating, I thought thier was nothing worse than cold fries but now thier is sitting at this McDonalds and watching your food gets cold because they keep it so cold in the lobby.
What makes it worse not one person is empowered to change the thermostat. Went so far as to call management at 310 489 0128 to speak to leonor but the «supervisor» had no clue on properly addressing the issue.

It’s 9:45 in the morning. Why are the floors and table tops dirty? What happened to the cleaning crew either last night or this morning? I don’t get it. This is sad smh

Thought that at least the McDonald’s in the area would have the same standards of service as other McDonald’s, but this place doesn’t. Service sucked – slow, inattentive and lacking. They didn’t even have the toys advertised for their happy meals.

Messy ghetto the customers and thw employees. Parking horrible. Customers are not a priority by the customer service you receive. It is typical mcdonalds nothing special. I wish for the good old days of mcdonalds service and food quality.

Employees do not bother to smile, greet, or engage in proper etiquette interaction with customers.
Visited on Saturday 3⁄29. After getting to the front of the line (7 – 10 minutes later) I realized they were only accepting cash, what a bummer I had to find another place to grab breakfast.
I would have appreciated a forewarning before standing in-​line for the time that I did. Thumbs down.
