Why do I keep going back??? I guess because it’s decent burritos right next to where I work. The food tastes OK, but on numerous occasions I have paid extra to have guacamole and jalapenos added to my burrito only to get back to my office and find they aren’t in there. They have a fabulous sweet and sour salsa, but they are so stingy with it! They removed it from the salsa bar so you have to request it from behind the counter and then they will only give you two little half filled containers of it, maybe consisting of 2 tablespoons total. Sorry, but this place has gone DOWNHILL!

Haven’t been here in awhile and decided to eat here. Guess there has been changes since the beginning. Tried their version of a burrito bowl and unfortunately was greatly disappointed. Didn’t taste that well and was so watery. Didn’t even finish my burrito bowl and even the chips seemed sub-standard. Such a shame as the food used to be good here.

Ok, I have always LOVED360 Gourmet Burrito. I have been going to them since I was in 7th grade, many, many years ago… Although it was usually the one in Walnut Creek I went to. Anyway, they have changed alot since then, but still I like them alot. There burritos are just right for me, and not too greasy and don’t make me feel like crap afterwards. Anyway, my boyfriend and were in the area yesterday and decided to get Gourment Burrito for dinner. Um, WTH? First off it was really DEAD, but I didn’t take that as a warning. The food tasted sort of old(not fresh at all) and was just really bland. I like my stuff pretty plain, but this just had no taste. My son’s quesadilla pretty much sucked, even their green salsa(my absolute fav) didn’t taste fresh or up to par. My boyfriend felt sick all evening last night after eating here. I have been to this location a number of times, and usually it’s pretty good, which is why I gave it 2 stars, but it has been awhile and the whole visit was pretty disappointing. Next time I go, I’ll be hitting the one in Walnut Creek up, hopefully they are still good.

Uninspired, even for a fast food place. I asked for a spinach tortilla, they gave me flour. I asked for chips & guac, they forgot to ring it up, didn’t give it to me and I didn’t feel like running up a new transaction. The uncooked onions in my quesadilla weren’t appreciated. My wife thought her Thai chicken burrito was OK, but a little light on the chicken. They have lost my business for good.

Not too bad for a fast food place. A friend and I were going to grab a light dinner last night and ended up here. I couldn’t decide what I wanted and the guy behind the counter was totally cool with that. Didn’t look impatient at all and told me not to rush. I ended up getting a regular burrito with chicken and artichokes. It was HUGE! My friend, who ordered a whole wheat burrito with chicken, had a teeny tiny burrito. Needless to say, he finished his lickety split while it took me forever to eat mine, which I couldn’t even finish. If I ever go here again, I might try one of their sautees though. It sounds like it would definitely add some good flavor!

when i worked at jamba this would be another place to go for lunch. i used to get lunch here with my coworker michelle r. we love the burritos here. it goes good with a jamba. prices are going up tho. i rather go for a california burrito down in san diego then for a regular burrito from 360.

fairly good americanized burritos, you get a choice of one of four tortilla flvors/colors(cute), and sometimes kid’s meals are free, which is a benefit to harried parents. They could use a few more choices in their salsa section(like pico de gallo for one) but overall the price and food is decent, if not spectacular.

360 Gourmet burritos have been there for a while now… I have always seen it whenever I go to that shopping center where it’s located. But somehow, it never caught my attention to try it out. There’s just something«nothing» about this fast food restaurant. It just sits there. It doesn’t cry out for you to try it. Is it the name? Is it the whimsical multi-colored logo they use? Is it the dimly lit interior which you can vaguely see from outside? It doesn’t matter. I found myself and my standard lunch friends accidentally in this place when we wanted to try out Pasta Roma, which was just across the plaza from it, but found out that it was already closed when we got there… The burritos had an interesting flavor to it. And, according to their website, the secret is in the Sauté. To their credit, it does add more flavor to the burrito. I’m sure, though, burrito purists will protest. If you’re craving for something different – non-traditional burritos like Teriyaki burrito – this could be a nice break from the usual Mexican place. Will I come back? It depends if it catches my eye next time I’m in the area or if there’s no other choice and Panera – which is just a few yards before it – closes down for some reason.
