So. incredibly. overpriced. I came here a few days ago and ordered the combo meal(a pretzel dog, your choice of dipping sauce, and small drink.) For $ 8 I expected a little more. The pretzel dog was so teeny, tiny I devoured it in 30 seconds and was still left absolutely starving. Not to mention how damn SALTY this thing was! not sure if it was the hot dog part(most likely was) or the dough but it was almost over-powering the amount of sodium present in this thing. The cheese dipping sauce was pretty good, and was more than enough for my toddler sized bagel dog. no complaints there. The strawberry lemonade was also not horrible, also not great though either, tasted very artificial. I probably will not be coming here again. If I do, I’ll get something a lot cheaper than the rip-off«combo meal» and have lower expectations than to walk away from this place satisfied. Customer service isn’t bad, but there’s a lot of better food places(for half the price) to go to in the Sunvalley Mall.

I have come to this location a few times, but this time I felt the need to write a review due to the exceptional service! Someone by the name of Derek helped me chose a pretzel and provided samples before I purchased anything. He is great at selling, even though this is a pretzel shop, I feel like this associate could sell anything. Somehow I left with two things that I wasn’t planning on buying, but I am sure glad I did. Thank you for the recommendations Derek! P. s. the new mango lemonade is amazing!

I actually like this pretzel spot a lot more than Wetzels and Pretzel Maker/Pretzel Time at the Solano Mall. The cashier working for Auntie Anne’s Pretzels was kind to work with. I got quick and speedy customer service from her. Today I ordered cinnamon pretzel nuggets with a small wild cherry Icee. The cinnamon sugar pretzel nuggets were very soft and moist. I love the amount of sprinkled cinnamon sugar added on top of the pretzel nuggets. However, I wished the cashier filled the small wild cherry Icee to the top of the dome looking lid. I felt she was a little stingy on that part which is why Auntie Anne’s Pretzels deserves 4 out of 5 stars.

I always get the jalapeño pretzel when I go to auntie Anne’s but this place bakes it to perfection and stuffs the pretzel with the peppers. Awesome id drive 30 minutes to here just for that

Everytime I eat at any Auntie Anne’s, I always order the Almond Pretzel($ 3.19) and a cheese dip($ 0.79) on the side. I like the sweet and salty combination. I’m only giving this location 3 stars because in the few times I’ve ordered here, the pretzels weren’t as fresh. It’s like it’s been sitting there longer than the other pretzels. There’s usually a line when I drop by, but it moves pretty quickly.

There’s about 40 million ways to acquire a junk food fix, and a yummy pretzel is a great one! Auntie Anne’s has plenty of locations, and this Sun Valley Mall spot was open pretty late on a weeknight, we scored our snack just shy of 9:00 pm. A classic pretzel with cream cheese dip never fails to rock my world. Round it out with an ice cold lemonade from the friendly workers, and all is right in the world again! No complaints — in fact, many thanks for staying well past other options! Much appreciated!

If you are getting a little horndog hungry after shopping at Victoria’s Secret at this, or practically any other suburban mall in the US, come to Auntie Annes little hideaway and get your buns filled with a hot wiener! That should take care of you, at least temporarily till you get something more substantial inside you. Yeah, besides getting all twisted together like a hot pretzel, which Auntie Anne’s is famous for, she can set you up with Pigs in a Blanket!(Pigs in a Blanket — sounds like hot porkin in warm, soft comfort, doesn’t it?) Remember when this was served nearly weekly at your elementary school for lunch? Now, hot wieners inside hot buns are inappropriate for grade school kids. Not because of the sexual connotation, no, but because it isn’t that healthy for a growing young body. Why make eating out hard on young boys and girls? But here in the mall, where Tween and Teen Mall Rats rule, well, they can choke down that hot wiener wrapped in hot dough to their hearts delight! They have 3 Latina immigrants twirling dough for that wiener while the Asian dude takes your order. A bit pricey for the combo Pig in a Blanket with your choice of little plastic sauce cup, and a medium drink! Name another basic fast food combo meal that costs more than $ 7? Pig in his Blanket here is snug as a bug in the rug and too smooth to move, until you chomp down on his a*s!

Tasty pretzels but a tad bit on the expensive side.

I love the pretzels here. I have tried the raisin, cinnamon, and the regular pretzels. I love the cinnamon ones. The raisin pretzels have a lot of icing and come in their own boxes. If you want something really sweet try the raisin pretzel for the icing. The regular pretzels are classic and have a great buttery flavor. They also have a salt-free regular pretzel if you are not too into salt.

MMMMMM! This place is delicious – as if you couldn’t tell from the miles of pretzel scent that literally draws you right over. Everyone is always walking around the mall eating Auntie Anne’s. They’re pretty cheap and probably the best pretzels I’ve ever had. The line can get long, but most of the time there’s no wait or possibly only a couple of people infront of you(it really depends what time and day you head over to the mall). They also have slushy drinks which are great! The best things there are the pretzel hot dog(yes, I know it sounds weird. but it’s addictive!) and the pretzel sticks with cheese dipping sauce. No trip to the mall is complete without stopping here. A note: they don’t accept credit cards(they have big signs saying this all over the place), so bring cash! Also, they recently started handing out these cards where if you buy x amount of pretzels, you get the next one free! They also have one in Broadway Plaza which is equally impressive!

We can’t walk by this place without the little ones getting all twisted — pun intended — «PRETZEL, Mommy, can we!!!» Umm, yeah. The line is always serpentine’d out into the walkway of the mall, which can be confusing — are you in line? I’m in line. Am I before you? after you? But, the kids love the pretzels and that’s good enough for me.

Auntie Anne’s Pretzels gives the other pretzel place downstairs a kick in the butt! I don’t usually get their pretzels… but the bagel dogs are great, although sometimes burnt, but nothing that can’t be fixed with a nice smothering of mayonnaise. During peak holidays they have a short line but most of the time you can just come up, grab your bagel dog, and go back to work!
