AW Davis Construction

I put my trust in the owner of the Bath Studio to provide the contractor for our master bedroom and bath. She did not let me down when she showed up with Anthony the owner of AW Davis Construction. We had had previous quotes, so we knew his quote for the work was reasonable. He provided a contract in short order that was clear and covered every detail. I emailed him questions about the contract. He responded expeditiously and clarified my concerns. They started the job a week earlier than the original plan. He and his crew were timely, polite, cleaned up, and we’re considerate of us and the rest of our house as they were working through the holidays. I had a multitude of questions throughout the process which I would email Anthony or leave as voicemails. He always responded. The one negative review on this site I suspect did not attempt to reach him to figure out why he did not show as that is not his typical MO.
They did GREAT work and offered sensible recommendations throughout the process. We are thrilled with our new peaceful spa-​like bathroom and master. In addition, I wanted a special barn door and had to have it custom made. I did not allow enough time to get it here and his crew had to return after the rest of the job was completed to install it. They went out of their way to help me with this. I will definitely use them again as soon as I am able to!

Anthony and his team did a bathroom and kitchen remodel at my house this winter, and they did a great job.
Quality of the work is excellent. Timelines dragged out a bit, partly due to late delivery of some materials. But overall it was worth it

Anthony was very professional in the work that he did for us: replacing the kitchen bench top with granite. His price was cheaper compared to the quote we got from a Red Beacon specialist. He and his people were very helpful with their ideas, e.g. giving us different color options for the granite until we were happy with our choice, and fixing unexpected bends on the wall. We recommend him highly and will not hesitate to contact him again for future projects.

We contracted with Anthony in 2009 for our complete kitchen remodel.
Throughout the whole process, he was nothing but honest, informative and knowledgeable at each step of the way. At no point did we ever feel pressured or cheated, he just gave us all the information we needed to make our own informed decisions.
Anthony was personally involved in a majority of the project, including planning, demo, framing, electrical, plumbing and finish work. He showed a keen eye for detail, and put in the time and effort to do things the ‘right-​way’.
We love the way our kitchen turned out. We get a lot of positive comments from friends and family, and we always try to put in a good word for Anthony. We don’t hesitate to recommend him, and we anticipate using his services for future projects around our house.
