Belle Nails and Spa

Went for acrylics and pedicure for the holidays and was lucky to get Sharon as my manicurist. Very professional, guided me thru a couple of options since I only get fake nails for the holidays and gave me a couple of cute hand-​drawn snowflakes.
Place is clean & comfortable, centrally located and the staff are friendly. What more can you ask for in a nail salon?

I really loved this place and the women but after my last encounter I don’t think I’ll be returning.
I come here for my coffin shape nails. The first set I ever got, one of the nails cracked right down the middle and cracked my actual nail so it was very painful. When I had called for a fix they were fully booked, understandably. So desperate measure because of the pain my nail was in I went to my second go to spot closer to my home and had them fix the nail. Case closed.
Fast forward to the more recent full set I got done here. Within two days 3 of the nails cracked exactly as it had before. I call them and again they tell me they’re booked, and if I can come in another day. Um ok, so I book an appointment for the next day. Tracy fixes the nails that had broke and they suggested I get the gel polish instead bc «it will help them not break». I go to pay bc I expect to pay for the gel polish but not for the repair of the 3 broken nails. Nope, they charged me for the 3 broken nails and the gel polish. It’s not my fault they couldn’t see me to repair when they broke? Any shop I have been to will tell you they will fix for free if something were to happen within a week or so. Whatever, I paid the $ 22 and left a tip and that was that. Then guess what, the NEXT day the same 3 nails break AGAIN! It was a Sunday and they were closed so Monday after work I went into the salon and showed them the same nails broke again and can they fix them. She tells me she’s fully booked and to come back, it’s been 2 days since then and when I call they say they are booked. I’m sorry, but shouldn’t you FIXING nails for someone who originally came in for an appointment but the same nails keep breaking take priority? It’s 3 nails!
I’d rather take my business to the place closer to my home where the nails never break. I shouldn’t have to revisit the nail salon twice or more for a fresh set of nails. They say it’s hard bc they only have 2 ppl that can do acrylics, 1 who is pregnant as well and will be out for some time so I’d assume soon only 1 person will be doing acrylics. There is at least 5 women in there. Why not train the others to do acrylics as well?
Really liked this place originally but they should have more courtesy for the loyal people who come to them for their nails.

I don’t understand why most nail salons are closed on Monday’s. It’s quite frustrating but it’s okay because Belle Nails and Spa was open and had a last minute appointment for me!
The salon itself is extremely spacious and decorated very nicely. The ladies there were pretty friendly. I’m not sure of the name of the woman who did my nails but she worked at the station right behind the counter and I believe she might have been pregnant. She listened to exactly what I wanted and took her time. I am absolutely in love with my nails.
The only thing that frustrated me were the prices. They charge $ 8 more than most nail salons for a fill + gel. It was $ 33 here and usually $ 25 other places. I wouldn’t really mind that price if they would have had a vast selection of gel polish. They have a lot of bright and neon colors and only about 3 – 5 nudes. I really like nude colors so this was a bummer.
Originally I chose a nude gray-​ish pink. She let me know the color on the fake nail didn’t really match the actual color in the bottle. The actual color was a dark purple-​gray. I don’t really understand how the color would be different if they painted it directly from the bottle onto the nail.
I went with a light gray-​ish purple and a glitter ring finger.
I probably won’t be back for the main reason of them not having too many choices of nude gel polish.

llegue sin una cita buscando un lugar para hacerme un pedicure habian tantas empleadas atendiendo y todas se hicieron las desentendidas hasta que una me hablo de lejos y me pregunto que queria frente a toda la gente y con una mirada desagradable creo que no estan acostumbrafos a ver latinas haciendose las uñas que mal me hizo sentir pesima atención sin embargo note que a lss demas personas las atendieron muy amables y sonrientes se acercaron y con voz suave casualmente ninguna era latina.
