My second review on this restaurant in under a month. Just love this place. My company eats at this place about 5x a week and they always deliver it to us. Yesterday me and the office lady ate lunch from BROOKSIDE, then me and my family had dinner from BROOKSIDE as well. Talk about great service as well. The manager Shawn C… Amazing man. Always has a big smile on his face and will make sure you are always happy when you leave. Portions are great as well. One of my employees has a very LARGE appetite, the Italian dishes come in HUGE, plus you get a salad and garlic bread. What more could you ask for. Check them out.

Inconsistent. We ordered delivery and this is the THIRD time they’ve made the wrong thing. Ordered Brookside bomb with provolone, received a steak sub with cheese. Their steak subs have tomato and mushrooms on it, we don’t like tomatoes or mushrooms. Orders a turkey with cheese with everything on it, received a turkey sub with grilled onions and peppers with no cheese. We usually order fries with it, didn’t this time because they are usually soggy or undercooked. However, when we eat in and don’t order delivery we have a lot less issues. It feels like they don’t care because they know it’s close to closing and I can’t asked for it to be fixed. Lost the business of a family that regularly orders from you. I just can never know when we are getting a delicious meal or we would have been better off with PB&J. Very frustrating.

Omg. The sign out front said, «best subs» and after reading reviews, I had to stop in to try one. I ordered a turkey sub. Everything about it was excellent. Fresh sub roll, yummy lean turkey(not the cheap, pressed stuff), fresh shredded lettuce on which they even sprinkle some kind of Italian seasoning(An extra I wasn’t expecting that really made it even tastier.) The onion and tomato(which I typically don’t care for tomatoes), were very fresh. You can tell this place sells a lot of subs. I will definitely come back. Heck, if my gf likes the steak and cheese sub I’m bringing home to her, which I suspect she will, I’d even drive the 30 minutes from home to come here for a sub night outing. Or anytime I’m in Concord really. Can’t wait to try their chicken finger sub… Then I’ll know this place is a keeper for sure! Our home town pizza place up north has my loyal following but when I come to Concord and have a craving for the«best sub», I know exactly where to come.

Delicious food and good service! Comfortable atmosphere and nice rock music playing in the background. However very pricey, $ 11.94 for a crabmeat wrap and small onion ring, no drink. So if you are budget conscious look into other establishments.

Best pizza around!!! No joke. we have ordered and loved it from here since its been brookside and we love it as much as the one in London. The special 1 grinder with roast beef, turkey and bacon is amazing as well. Go. eat here…

My first and last experience with Brookside III. While my usual pizza place was not available due to the recent sink hole on I-93. So I looked up local places and found this one. I called and placed the order. As I was finishing my order the clerk gave me a total that seemed high. When I arrived to pick up my order I saw a different price on the menu board than what I found on the Internet. I questioned the cashier who turned to the manager. I informed the manager that the price on the website was lower than what was printed in the store. With a foolish grin on his face the manager said the person who takes care of the website was out of the country and the price I was given was correct. Such a fool! I paid the higher price but explained it was bad business practice to not to honor the lower price. Too bad. The pizza was good.

This was my very first experience. The food: all things you would expect from a pizza place. I ordered the sweet and savory chicken fingers and onion rings. Onion rings were a bit bland and the sauce on the fingers was too salty for my liking. Still ate them, obviously. The décor: what you would expect. A couple of tables and bar seating next to the window. They were cranking the AC which was awesome. The staff: friendly and attentive. The prices: I paid around 11.50 for what you see in the picture. I’d say they’re a bit too high All in all, what I ordered wasn’t their staple. I’ll be back to try others things on the menu.

My family and I have been loyal customers of Brookside for years. Tonight I was told there is now a three dollar service charge for delivery outside a 3 mile radius. Outrageous! I’ve never heard of such a thing, we live 4.7 miles down THESAME street! We also order over twenty dollars worth of food each time! There are plenty of places, even further away, that happily deliver for free! Brookside will not get any more of our business! The person that suffers is the poor driver who doesn’t get the three dollars(I checked) and gets frequently stiffed on the tip because people take it out on them! So-fewer customers and fewer delivery drivers… good business decision?

Good pizza and subs come in regularly will never go back as i ordered chicken fingers sweet and savory they forgot to put the sweet and savory sauce on them told manager about it and was told I was not gonna get it replaced because of a sauce that is 60 cents was not added also was extremely uncomfortable when I witnessed one of the managers being very rude and derogatory towards a delivery driver swearing at him while I was waiting for my order good food horrible management Very poor customer service I will 100% take my money elsewhere

Our family has been going to Brookside for quite some time now, and they never disappoint. The pizza crust is always crispy, never soggy(although a bit to thick for my preference), with tasty cheese. Not much grease, just about right for a pizza. My wife gets a salad, and the greens are fresh and crunchy, with a good variety of vegetables. We prefer take-out or delivery, as their restaurant doesn’t have much for seating. I consider it more of a waiting area with seats and tables.

Their steak and cheese pizza is awesome! I’ve also tried their fried zucchini and that’s great too. I would give it 5 stars, but had a bad experience with a rude woman working the register.

We stayed at the Red Roof Inn in loud on and these guys delivered. Although they had a $ 20 delivery minimum we were pleasantly surprised at how yummy the pizza was. The ingredients were super fresh and it arrived hot.

This is one of the best places in Concord for Pizza. They never disappoint! I’ve had their pizza in-house and delivery. I’ll say that eating in is definitely nothing special, but i have to say if you’re looking for good pizza with excellent toppings, then this should be on your list for sure. They have a wide array of toppings and specialty pizzas, and they are all delicious.

This is the only pizza/sub shop my husband and I delivery/take out orders from. Each time we call for delivery, the person who answers the phone is always professional and accurate when taking our order. We are usually quoted a 45 min. wait time, the delivery driver is usually here within 30 min. at the very most. The driver is always nice and delivers the correct items. The food quality/quantity is always hot and we are given generous portions. They also give out punch cards that are good at ALL Brookside House of Pizza locations– Buy 7 Large or Small Subs Get 1 Small Sub Free or Buy 12 Large Pizza’s Get 1 Large, One Topping Pizza Free

I think Ian is right on with the 3.5 stars, its not quite 4, but more then 3. Probalby the only reason I go here is because they make one MEAN chef salad, this thing probably has about 2 pounds of meat on it. Just dont order their bluecheese dressing because its about 95% mayonaise. The prices are also very reasonable I did try a slice of pizza once, it was average on the NH pizza scale, but terrible on the NY pizza scale.

Brookside Pizza III is open in Concord, which is located inside the former F&P Pizza & Subs on Manchester Street. The inside of the place was totally redone with the very old school convenience store atmosphere eliminated completely. The counter/kitchen area was shifted to the back of the space with ample table seating and seating along the front windows for eating in. The menu offerings and specials are the same here as the other two locations in Loudon and Belmont. See the menu at actual prices slightly higher. Slices are available until 4PM with specials offered 2 cheese slices &&20 oz bottle of soda($ 4 plus tax), 1 cheese &1 pepperoni &20 oz bottle of soda($ 4.25 plus tax) and 2 pepperoni slices &20 oz bottle of soda($ 4.50 plus tax). After working late at the office, I was starving and I decided to stop by Brookside Pizza III for dinner takeout on the way home. I didn’t feel like cooking. I was surprised to see that they had pizza slices(cheese & pepperoni) in the heated display case at 7:45PM since they usually stop serving slices after 4PM. I decided to enjoy 2 slices(cheese and pepperoni) with a 20 oz Canada Dry Ginger Ale($ 4.25 plus tax) in house, while I waited for my Lasagna Dinner($ 10 plus tax) to be ready. The warm pizza slices were pretty decent. The thin crust was very firm and very crispy along the edges, right amount of thick sauce, browned cheese, and greasy pepperoni. The service was very prompt and the lasagna dinner was ready in about 12 minutes, perfect timing as I finished the 2 pizza slices. The good sized portion of Lasagna(baked in an 8″ round aluminum container/packed neatly in a sturdy plastic dish) was very filling and rich, which had 6 layers of soft noodles, cheeses, ground meat, smothered with lots of thick & hearty tomato sauce, and topped with browned mozzarella cheese. The side salad was very fresh, which had iceberg lettuce, red cabbage, red onion, tomato wedges, carrots, cucumber slices, and a kalameta olive. The baked garlic bread(8″ sub roll slices) was very buttery. I had ample leftover lasagna and bread for lunch, saving me a trip to the Shell station for my usual lunch of gas station subs and pizza. Brookside Pizza III will now be a regular stop for lunch and dinner. (3.6÷5.0 stars)
