We LOVELOVELOVE Dr Sandra Brown at Cabarrus Eye Center! She is an expert in her field with impeccable high standards! Our son was diagnose over seven years ago with congenital cataracts at birth and Dr Brown has been there for us every step of the way. When he was born we did do our research and visited other pediatric ophthalmologists(Charlotte Eye Ear Nose & Throat Assoc. and even went to the Storm Eye Institute in South Carolina) After that we realized how fortunate we were to have such expertise right here in Concord. Her reputation as and expert precedes her. Since then she has done a number of successful surgeries on our son and every time to the highest standard. We have trusted Dr Brown with our son’s future and would recommend any parent to trust their children with her. In fact we have meet other parent/children with vision issues and they have made to move to Dr Brown as well.

One of our boys ran out of contacts. It’s the end of school– he has tests and soccer club tryouts. I don’t want to pull him out of a pertinent class to get to the eye doctor when his grades count for college. They will not refill the contacts to last until our next appointment which is in two weeks. It puts our son in a difficult position. Of course I made the first mistake which was rescheduling the yearly exam, but I thought it wouldn’t be a big deal– just get him to summer time. We will not be back to this place.
