An amazing example of how a small business should be operated. The owner of the store replied to my complaint about a product I bought there and offered to replace the(probably) defective item for me. Special thanks to Bob for such excellent customer service. The store is really a treat. If you are in the area, you should definitely stop by.

As I approached the store, I realized that it was 5:10PM, and the store closes at 5:00. The door was open, the proprietor was there, and he was happy to help me.(I was polite about it, asking if he was sure is was OK for me to be there after closing time.) I needed three items. He had them all, all good quality, not cheap. However, I love to cook, and using high-quality tools makes a real difference.

Good selection and friendly staff, the prices are just a bit steep. I do understand it’s in Concord Center so I guess you pay for the location. It does have a really good cross section and variety of kitchen ware(knives may be the only area that it lacks in variety). The only drawback here and keeping it out of 4⁄5 stars are the prices.

This is a cooks dream come true. Even for those that don’t cook, it makes you want to. I’ve never seen more kitchen gadgets, books, cookware, knives, appliances, bakeware, you name it packed into any one store. If they don’t have it, you don’t need it. And the owners are so friendly and knowledgeable and will always go the extra mile to help you. No mere cookie cutter mall store here. Really unique and nothing can compete with their selection or quality. For all things kitchen, this is THE place.

Really enjoy my beautiful Japanese salad bowls purchased here over a year ago. Another good kitchen specialty store in a similar vein as the Acton Kitchen Outfitter. This store

The Concord Shop is an absolute Mecca for kitchen enthusiasts. It is chock-full of arcane cookware. They sell slicers, dicers, corers, rollers, pans, pots, bottles, and boards for every use I can think of. Indeed, I don’t remember ever going in there and not being able to find a needed item… though I usually leave with several *unneeded* items, especially from their astonishingly extensive cookie-cutter assortment. Do you need a cutter in the shape of a moose, saw, pick-up truck, or pineapple? Look no further! Also, the owner is extremely friendly, and they play fantastic music.

This store was pretty damned cool. The boyfriend and I ended up in Concord on a lark and just kind of stumbled on this place. I loved it because it had so much inventory. Have you ever had that cooking project where you need a specific tool and you can’t find it anywhere? This store will have it. I promise you that. It only gets four stars because I found the customer service to be slightly lacking. A nice«hello» would have been helpful. Plus, they were playing Charlie Daniels when we walked in…*shudder*

Excellent kitchen store. I wish I could own practically everything here. The salesperson was friendly, approachable, and helpful with questions about a iron cast skillet. I totally wanted to buy more but I only ended up with two pineapple cookie cutters(by the way, they have a huge selection of cookie cutters and the salesperson apologized because they were even out of several kinds!) and a cupcake tool that helps you core out a cupcake so you can add a filling. There are some hard-to-find kitchen items here and some very neat import items, like the springerle rolling pin. If you don’t what this is, you should look it up– it’s amazing. Sorry that I did not provide a picture. Although it is kind of expensive, I think it is great to support local businesses and I support this store.

A very nice little kitchen shop in Concord Center, I would like it just a little more if the prices weren’t so high(some of the prices are outrageously so, actually). But the place is stocked with so many great items for the kitchen and the help there is good overall. I probably wouldn’t get an everyday item at the Concord Shop because of the high prices, but when it comes to less common items, this isn’t a bad place to go to at all.

I love coming in here both for gifts, and splurges for myself. As some other reviewers have said, it’s a great place to find obscure or unique kitchen items for those who enjoy fooling around in the kitchen. They have an interesting assortment of cookie cutters and pastry bag tips, for those who are inclined to decorate. I can never leave empty handed! Today the soundtrack to «The Sound of Music» was playing as I shopped. Way to make a great store feel magical!

This store is jam-packed from floor to ceiling with all kinds of kitchen gadgets imaginable. It’s cramped but fun — if you’re into kitchen items, at least. Good place to find gifts for those you know who like to cook. The salespeople here can be a bit irritating at times but — well — just ignore them like I do.

A site of pilgrimage(for those of us who cook). I drive out there several times a year and always find something I need. Or something that delights me. I leave most stores these days grumpy and frustrated. But I usually leave the Concord Shop swinging my shopping bag, and with a song in my heart.

If you are looking for an obscure kitchen gadget, come here. If you are looking for Lodge Ironware, they have it all. If you are looking for a cheap full cookware set, don’t come here. If you want to come to a really cool cooking store, complete with an adorable dog, who likes a good petting; then here’s your place.

A great store where you can find pretty much anything for the kitchen. Its much more fun shopping here than those huge stores that have taken over(Linens ‘n Things or Bed, Bath and Beyond). If you can’t find what you’re looking for — ask! Chances are it may actually be there — but there is so much selection, it might be hard to find. And I’m guessing that if its not there, the staff would either order it for you or recommend an alternative — they were extremely helpful to me and others during my visit.
