Bad business practices. They quote you one price for oil and then they charge another, they tell you that you get free service and then they bill you for it. Then when you call to complain they act like you are the crazy one and adamantly deny what they told you days before. If you deal with them, get it in writing. And don’t under any circumstances give them your credit card number, pay by check, you’ll thank me later.
