Elizabeth Deutsch

Elizabeth is an amazing spirit — who has been instrumental in both of my children’s speech development — a 1.5 year old and 4.5 year old. She has a gentle — yet structured — approach to working through my sons’ speech that has provided discipline to them. Moreso, her skill development in the child relies upon us — the parents — evolving our skill and continuing her discipline at home. Her therapeutic lessons extend beyond our weekly hour sessions.
I started my older son with Elizabeth about 6 months ago. 3 days ago, I caught him ‘self-​correcting’ to speak more distinctly. That is a huge sign of success and development associated with Elizabeth’s lessons. Hence, I have opted to work with Elizabeth through my toddler’s hearing challenges to evolve his communication skills in lieu of Early Intervention.

Amazing! My son has been working with Elizabeth for over a year, privately and as part of a social group, and we’re very pleased with how quickly she «got him» and was able to pull him out. She’s very knowledgable and instinctively knows when to push & when to back off to keep the progress moving forward. She’s helped us not just privately, but has gone into school to observe and provided detailed reports & treatment plans to pass along so our whole team is on the same page.
