Not at all impressed.
I took my watch here to have two links added and a new battery put in. The watch band had some rubbing, but the face was perfect. I came in expecting it to take a few minutes and cost about $ 20-​$ 30.
It took a week and cost me $ 43.

Fast forward to a week later:
I came in to get my watch and only one link was added, and the face now has scratches all over it. This is ridiculous. I’m going again tomorrow to hopefully get my money back and/​or have it repaired, though I don’t want to wait another week for something that would take less than an hour to do.
Also, the woman who took my watch (older, short white hair, kind of tall) was very dismissive. I was in street clothes, but this isn’t Tiffany & Co or Cartier. The woman who helped me when I picked it up (medium height, dirty blonde hair, tan) was very nice. I wish I knew her name, as she was the only person who treated me well in the years I have purchased from here.
If they fix my watch (that’s a huge IF), then I will update the review.
