Bev is a great yoga instructor. I do the yoga to compliment my martial arts and she always seems to teach a class that helps me in some way. Whether its aligning parts of my body, or relaxing the mind, Bev’s classes are dynamic and give you insight into how to heal and restore your body through yoga. Classes our Thursdays and Saturdays and they are a great way to kick off the day. Come see for yourself!
