I took my daughter for an initial visit– I loved the office (even amidst construction) — it was efficient/​ran on time and even had a tooth brush station! We met with dr Orup for quite a long comprehensive consultation– talked about many scenarios and felt very comfortable with his approach.

My son just had his braces put on in January and I have not seen Dr. Orup since our initial consult. I have two other kids that have gone through orthodontics and the orthodontist talked to me and every parent there on every occasion. I switched to Dr. Orup because his is closer to my home and came recommended, I also find the person working at the desk not very friendly at all. She needs to work on customer service. In fact the whole office needs a customer service in-​service. They need to learn that a smile goes a long way.
