Delicious! My first time having phở, and I wasn’t let down. The staff was nice and friendly and the wait wasn’t long. All in all I’ll be back here.

Great and efficient service every time I visit. Friendly and attentive staff. I always get the chicken noodle soup that has great favor. They have good blended boba drinks too, the coconut one is the best. Very clean facility with clean and spacious bathrooms. My go to phở place as a newer resident to Concord whom moved from phở heaven in the south bay.

I get #22B Chicken & shrimp and I order it with beef broth. Its always perfect! A small is more than enough for me. Great prices. And great customer service. I’m really shocked at the reviews that said other wise because they are always very friendly and check up on me often. I will admit that I’m not a phở connoisseur but this place is bomb no doubt!

It’s been years since I’ve been coming to this phở house, but I stopped coming because the soup started going downhill. Until recently, I was in the neighborhood and was looking for something quick and phở just seemed like a good option. We showed up around 1:45 on a Sunday afternoon and everyone was pretty hungry. We ordered 2 orders of bun cuon, the boys ordered a large phở dac biet each, I ordered the medium bowl of phở dac biet with egg noodles and my sister had the small seafood with ho fun noodles. It didn’t take long before our soups arrived. The broth was better than before so that’s definitely a good thing. Also, the fact that they’ve renovated the place makes it much bigger and cleaner. The service is definitely better than before, as I recalled the owner always had an unhappy face. Not sure if it’s under new management, but I’m glad they’ve changed for the better.

By far the best food and service in the area. Say hi to Jimmy while you’re there and remind him he should own that business.

YAAASSS!!! This is my spot on a cold, rainy wanna be indoors kind of day! There is nothing better than a piping hot bowl of phở on those kind of days and they definitely deliver here! First off, I must bring up how clean the restaurant is. I don’t usually bring up ambiance first in a review, but for a phở restaurant this place doesn’t make me second guess if the kitchen cooking my food is clean. Also, the employees at this location, and most Kevin’s Noodle Houses for that matter, are really nice! They are really fast and make sure not to forget about you once the food has been delivered to the table. My go-to dish on a cold day is a #22 chicken/shrimp bowl with rice noodles. The broth is served hot. I also love how hearty and rich the broth is. I also order the #52B when I try to mix it up. This vermicelli bowl with grilled beef and shrimp is amazing! The beef is cooked just right and they give a nice balanced portion of protein/vegetables mixed with the noodles. The egg rolls are always a must-order too! They are nice and crispy and really good paired with the peanut sauce! Take my word and try this place out!

Kevin noodles is where I always get my phở fix. –They’re rice plate and phở are goooodd and for a reasonable price! It’s very filling! –They remodeled the place so looks way better than before. –food comes out pretty quick probably 5 – 10 mins after you order. –staff well it can vary from who’s taking your order can be friendly and can be rude but I don’t care as long they get my order correctly. If your craving for phở, well this the place for you!

Phở Huynh Hiep hails from oaktown, so i’m familiar with their phở. that’s all i eat there. 6 locations thruout the bay area menu: typical menu: phở, rice plates, bun, chicken noodle soup, beef stew, imperial rolls, spicy seafood soup. eats: phở tai gan(m. 7.50) –many beef slices, a bit dry and chewy, gan pieces small, elusive, have to fish for it. –broth typically sweet, little beef taste, some msg aftertaste. take outs: –quick, cordial service –average food for average pricing. ok for the hungries, not a destination. –never had an interest in other items, just imperial rolls…

the phở tai was great(17). I have no idea why anyone would rate this place lower. Don’t be a picky scumbag. It’s phở ffs, not filet mignon.

I’ve given this place three solid tries and each time I’ve been more disappointed than before. The food comes out below par and looks nothing like the pictures on the menu. Okay so I’m half Chinese/Vietnamese so I have a particular and sophisticated palette when it comes Asian food in general. I also went to Vietnam for my honeymoon… That being said, I give this restaurant one star because the food is horrible, service sucks, and the prices are higher than all other phở/Vietnamese restaurants in the East Bay! Why I have no idea?!?

2 stars for ok customer service Zero stars for food– I got sick after eating this food. The taste wasn’t too bad. I came here with my finance to grab a quick bite to eat but with couple of bites we started feeling full(which was weird because we were starving). Overall I think it was the fact that whoever cooked wasn’t the cleanest person or it was old food

I’m giving this place three stars relative to Concord because I understand how removed they are from a decent supply of Asian goods. If this place were in San Jose, I’d give them two stars. I used to grow up in this area when there weren’t a lot of Asians, so I was surprised and excited to see a phở restaurant here. I think the flavors were fine. Quite authentic actually. But I’m grading down because they really skimped on all the things that should go into a proper bowl of noodles. I ordered a hu tieu and I got a bowl of broth and noodles with barely any meat. If you’re looking for good flavor, this place is fine. But they try to cut down on costs by shorting customers. I don’t think that’s ok. Go to Oakland or San Jose to see what you’re missing.

Kevin’s Noodle House usually becomes my go to because they are conveniently located near Ranch 99, which is where I do the bulk of my grocery shopping. The staff are personable and quick to take and deliver orders. They clean tables immediately after diners leave so the tables are ready for new customers. Because of this efficiency, I never had to wait for a table here regardless of what time or day I visit. But simple efficiency and convenience do not necessarily make a regular of me. The food has to be good, too! And Kevin’s delivers in this department as well. The phở is good, and the rolls and rice plates have not left me disappointed. I will continue to be a regular for years to come.

Friendly staff and fast service. It’s dope to see an asian restaurant use electronic to take orders lol. I ordered their #3 w/a pineapple shake. After 2 – 3 bite, i found a piece of hair in my noodle. They offer to give me a new bowl which i didn’t take since I lost my appetite so they were kind to not charge me for the noodle. Hopefully this doesn’t happen again.

Authentic and delicious phở. What more do you need? People who complain about the lack of ambiance/atmosphere can go eat in the jungles of vietnam then. Its a clean spot to grub on phở and spring rolls. The service does what they need to. All I know is that I’m just satisified after devouring that big bowl #2 phở(My go to on the menu). Overall this is the place to go for your phở craving.

Today was my first time here. I called in my order and came to pick it up. This restaurant’s name is Phở Huynh Hiep, but on their window it says Kevin and Chris’ Noodle House. I was confused and didn’t know if I walked in the right place lol. The staff was friendly but doesn’t seem to speak much English. The restaurant was about a quarter filled with customers when I walked in; I felt like the whole staff was staring at me until I finally got to the cashier to pick up my order. The store seemed pretty clean and upgraded compared to other phở restaurants. My order was about $ 10. very beautifully organized in the new clear to-go box. It’s packaged with a set of utensils and napkins in a sturdy reusable plastic bag with their store info on it. Everything was good and exciting until I actually ate the food. I ordered rice plate #42 –The tau hu ky was chewy, I was expecting it to be a little more crispy on the outside. Not really flavorful. It tasted basically like shrimp with black pepper. Missing all the other spices such as onion/garlic etc. –The meat was very tender and juicy, which is a plus. –The sunny side up egg was slightly over cooked. –Fish sauce was decent, not too overwhelming. –The rice was VERY disappointing. It was borderline porridge. Super nhau! Even softer than sticky rice. I can’t believe they even served it. I don’t cook rice often, but when I do. It is never this soft/soggy/clumpy. The rice looks like it was melting together in the box… I lost my appetite after the first spoonful. The texture was just hella off, period. Overall the staff and aroma of the restaurant seemed very nice and relaxing. But I definitely will not be coming back here for a rice plate. I’m Vietnamese. I know my rice.

Came by for a quick lunch and ordered the grilled chicken with steamed rice plate. Price was also good. Approx $ 8.50 for all this Staff was really nice although they didn’t serve me water or even ask until the end of my lunch. Kinda weird but that’s ok. 4⁄5 They gave two soups. One with carrots and other win scallions. I really liked the scallions one, very light and refreshing 5⁄5 and I disliked the carrot one. Something about it was very off, sour, just different 1⁄5 Chicken with steamed rice was pretty good. Lots of meat, with a bit of gravy(which I liked). Also came with a side salad. 4⁄5 for this dish Even though I liked a lot of the food, I give this place a 3.5÷5 because their flavors weren’t unique. Very basic, but good. I would come here again for lunch

I have been to the one in walnut creek, which has always been ok. So this might be a insolated time, I will tried again later to see how it goes and re-submit a review. Nicely remodeled, the staff is nice. The noodle was stuck together in the bottom of the bowl, more than usual. Broth of the day was pretty tasteless, just super salty. We ordered eggrolls and fishcakes as well. The rolls were ok, but the fishcake was super hard, like it was sitting for days and refried a couple of times. Again, usually the other locations are pretty good, so I will try again.
