My Dad took his RV for a repair. Afterwards, he didn’t realize that some pots and pans were taken out in the area that needed repairs done. My mom was so upset that her kitchenware was missing. My brother helped call, and they claimed nothing was left at the shop.
I post a 1 star review/​complaint about this incident.
Weeks later, some guy from the shop calls my brother and drops off my mom’s pots and pans! Was it because of the review? Was it just an honest mistake? I’m not sure.
So I would just advise to be sure all your belongings are returned back into the vehicle after a repair.

They repaired the side door to our minivan and you can not tell some blind old biddy side swiped us. Great job Marcos and thank you!

What do you get when you let a friend drive your Subaru in S. Lake Tahoe on St. Patty’s Day? I was hoping for a pot of gold or a leprechaun (strike that, I’m terrified of leprechauns). Instead, I won meself a whole new front fender (which had better be a lucky fender, or else).
(Note to self: do not let fellow Subie owners drive your car without first checking on the state of theirs. Said friend had a humongo dent in the front fender in the exact same place where he dented my car.)
And, I know you’re probably sick of hearing about how I’m new to California and all, except that I am. Unsure of where to go for quality auto body work at a fair price, I read reviews and shopped around until I visited Marcos at Precision Paint and Collision.
Granted I’m no zoologist (or car expert), but I didn’t feel like I got the run-​around from Precision. Marcos was nice, polite and up front about what to expect with my car repairs. And, when I got my car back, the Subie looked as good as new. Marcos even fixed my front passenger door handle (which had been broken for six months) and a bunch of dents and scratches on my front bumper (I drive and park like the Asian stereotype I am).
The next time I bang up my car, I’m going back to Marcos at Precision Paint and Collision.
