Ridenow Powersports Concord

Yep, it’s been a few months and things have gone bad to worse. (I didn’t think that was possible either)… After agreeing on a payment plan for the down deposit directly to the dealership, they are now withholding the plate from its until this deposit is completed. This was not disclosed to us originally. I mean why would we buy at that time if we weren’t going to be able to ride the bike??? Instead of them contacting us to even tell us this completely horrible news. Days before our temp was about to expire we had to chase them down to figure out why we hadn’t received our tags :(. I’m convinced that I will NEVER do business with this dealer again. This is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had with a dealer and didn’t make my first motorcycle purchase a pleasant experience. Nice way to treat your military Ride Now…
