I have been going to this Starbucks since October of this year and I have not been disappointed at all. Despite the drive thru always being packed they make drinks very fast and you won’t wait too long for your order. The staff are energetic and fun and always make conversation with you. Very nice seating for those who like to camp out and do work on their laptop. Only downfall is the exit is really cramped and hard to make a left onto the main road there, a less busier location would be awesome.

Every time I come here the drive thru is extremely slow. No matter what time of the day. They are always very polite however. Other than that, it’s a typical Starbucks.

Unfortunately they are pretty rude. Makayla was the cashier. I simply wanted more cream and she got an attitude. People should learn to give better customer service since my purchase pays their hourly wage.

The baristas are so friendly here and the store itself is nice… but this is the worst cup of Starbucks coffee I’ve ever tasted. Like consistently. I drink ALOT of coffee. And 95% of the time I order the exact same thing at every one. (I travel the state for work, so I’ve been to quite a few). I don’t know if they need to clean the grinders or the Brewers or something, but if you come here, stick to the lattes or cold stuff. Avoid the basic pike place.

I eventually got my order, took a little longer than usual because they weren’t writing our names on our orders. So, when three different Carmel fraps came across they got mixed up. The Frap was great once the mix up was corrected.

This Starbucks has really turned around. Today we ordered breakfast and drinks and although the girl taking orders was inexperienced and easily flustered, Ross was making drinks, answering questions for the drive through and assisted the cashier while keeping up with everything and everyone AND extremely pleasant. My oatmeal was made perfectly for a change and my half espresso shot latte was also perfect as was my daughter’s drink. Ross makes a huge contribution to this team and memorable experience for the customer.

Worst service. Allllllllll of the time. There is not a time that I have come here where it is less than a 15min wait time for the drive through. Bless these workers.

I drive from Harrisburg, and pass two Starbucks on the way to this one. Everyone here is awesome! Jodi and Danny are always rockin’ it out! Always friendly and the drinks come up quick!
Tip: If you have to order more than three drinks, go inside and order it. Don’t be an A Hole and hold up the drive thru.

I have never had a bad experience here. The drive-​thru staff is always extremely nice, the atmosphere is great, and it is always very clean inside the store.
My coffee is usually pretty fast at being made. A tip: if the drive-​thru is long in the morning just go inside and get your drink. It is much faster than waiting in line.

Another day, another Starbucks!
I LOVE any Starbucks that has a drive-​thru & this location does!
It’s not the easiest & most convenient to get in & out of, nor do they have a lot of parking (can you believe this location used to be a Burger King?)
The folks here are friendly; however, the coffee is hit & miss on «goodness.» Some days the coffee /​frappacino is perfect, other days it tastes very bitter.
All in all, it’s an «OK» Starbucks.
