Taco Bell

Writing this review as I’m trapped in their ridiculously slow drive through. I’ve come here three times and it has been the same EVERY time. Long long wait and the food is below average :(

Literally the longest drive through wait ever. And they didn’t even acknowledge it. Took 30 mins with three cars in front of us…

Literally, longest drive thru time ever. I’ve been here numerous times. And 90% of the time the drive thru takes ridiculously long. Minimum 15 mins. Quality of Food is always as expected, but it shouldn’t take that long.

I’ve never been inside this particular location. The 4 stars go to the drive-​thru. Every single time I’ve been through (a grand total of 3 or 4 times) the customer service has been amazing. When they are taking your order you can hear the happiness in the their voice. When picking up your order at the window that same happiness is still there, this time accompanied with a smile. This may seem like minimal requirements for such a rating, however for a fast food place, and more specifically the drive-​thru, this is a rare but welcome sighting.

Location is nice, a lot of parking, inside is kind of dirty though.

Ive been waiting for a f-​ing mexicsn pizza and 2 tacos for 57mins and counting… came in after thw sublime concert. .they locked the doors and stopped excepting walk ins… its been an hour now… FML
Update!!! Finally got our food after 1 hour 36 mins

Open late at night. Every time I come here they are out of cinnamon twists. Down side. Staff are nice.

I am writing the review for the service, not the quality of the food. I went through the drive thru about a month ago, and received the most amazing service from an employee named Ryan. I was having a bad day and he had such an energetic passionate attitude, especially for someone who worked at a fast food chain. He recommended several food items, which were all great! Shout out to Ryan for being awesome!

I usually don’t get my hopes up too high when it comes to fast food restaurants but I have to say this place is consistently good. My orders are not terribly complicated but I have been to other locations that just couldn’t get it right. The food here is good and they never forget any of my items, a real threat at other locations. There has never been a long line here and the drive through is very quick. I will be coming back here when I need my Taco Bell fix.

It’s a taco Bell so unless you are an idiot… you know what you are gonna get and it’s not the best but it’s good decent food. The value is awesome and you can get a lot of food for not a lot of cash. This location here is always fairly fast and clean and food is mostly warm and made corrextly. I’m a fan.

This is the third and last time I’ve ordered my food via Drive-​thru and not get my Root Beer. At least make sure the person at the Drive-​thru has basic english and listening skills before having them at the window. After asking a few times I just got a confued face and a supposedly true Family Guy Stereotype example of that Spanish speaking person with broken english saying «I dont know» and «No…no…I no no…»

The old lady working there was super rude to me. She called my number maybe twice and when I came to get my food she got mad and said «hurry I’ve been calling you». Super rude.

Started at the end of the line of the drive thru at 6:35pm. Finally made it to the window and got my food at 6:54pm. 15 minutes doesn’t seem too long, but when you’re in the drive thru with your car on and idle, it’s pretty long. It’s called fast food for a reason. If I wanted to wait this long, i would have went to a dine in, sit down restaurant. Skip this place. Not worth it!!!

I wish it were possible to give this place negative stars. From now on, I will spend the extra gas, and drive to another location. No wonder the health inspector keeps closing it down. I love Taco Bell, it is a great place! However, like some of the other reviews mention, the inside of the store is just gross, and the boy working the register tried to up-​sell me more food than I wanted. Not to mention, he seemed a bit incompetent and talked a million miles per hour (I would guess that he’s a fury).
My food was done almost immediately, which is something that, more times than not, bothers me; when I took a bite, the hot food I ordered was cold and unemployable. The texture of the ingredients felt like they had been sitting under a heat lamp for a few days. Lettuce was moist and soggy, soft shell tortillas were a bit hard, etc. The ingredients were also very unbalanced and out of proportion. To put things into perspective, it was like taking a bite of an all-​lettuce tortilla, then the next bite was an all-​bean tortilla, next bite was an all-​cheese tortilla, etc.
Let’s not forget the shitty pop music that was playing during my meal. And the story I read about the manager. By the looks of things, it needs new management anyways. If you take one thing out of this, it’s that you will likely get food poisoning from eating at this Taco Bell. Be smart, drive to another location.

Friendly staff and well spoken over the drive thru mic. Friends and i were very satisfied with the service. Didn’t get the workers name. Driver thru worker last night was the worker that helped us.

Grilled XXL Stuffed Burrito w/​Steak! Baby and I’s usual and favorite. Not only fulfilling but it’s packed with STEAK! Don’t forget my mango strawberry frutista! Workers are quick and efficient.

The food is actually ok and the place appears to be run well. Haven’t been to a Taco Bell in some time. The price was right and I left happy. Not your everyday fair but once in a while it is OK.

We haven’t been in a couple of years. We didn’t know what we were missing when we decided to go to another Taco Bell after we found out how many times in the past this specific Taco Bell has been closed down by the health department. This «food» has no taste. the burritos tasted like mush, no distinctive flavor. Hopefully they’ve improved in the last couple of years, but we won’t go back.
The Taco Bell in Pleasant Hill on Contra Costa Bl. is really good and you can taste the ingredients in their food. Food and service are very well done at that one.
