Holy crap. I just stopped in for the first time today and got a large Turkey Club with avocado, bacon, and all the fixins. The guy that made my sandwich did a beautiful job and the parmesan bread really sends your taste buds into the fifth dimension, whatever that means. Some sandwich places really screw you out of bacon and avocado, but this place understands that I need my protein. Avocado and bacon to the moon. For days.

I’ve always loved the sandwiches, but Samantha’s are the best! Me and the Bf went there before we had a picnic in the park and she was so sweet and made us great sammies! Thanks girl!

Nice chain sandwich shop with numerous offerings, similar to Subway but with better options. The broccoli cheese soup is souper tasty on a cold day, with nice little bits of broccoli and is not overly thick. I always get the club toasted club sandwich, it has a nice balance of toppings without feeling cheap. It can be busy at lunch but they can get through the line quite quick, the only thing that slows down the line is peoples indecisiveness.

I cannot believe how much better this Togo’s is than the one in Pittsburg off of Railroad. Always great service, and always delicious food. The pastrami is as advertised, whereas in Pittsburg it’s thick and grisly and hard to chew(gave that shop 2 chances, both failed). Never a concern at the Willow Pass shop. A+

Togo’s is a staple in Concord, CA for decades. The have had this location on Willow Pass and the one up on Treat and Clayton for decades. They still make a decent sandwich. The bread is consistent, the meat and produce is fresh, and the soups are pretty decent. Look, its not my favorite place for lunch, but on the fly it will do. I like the phone order, call it in, and it is ready when you pick it up. I don’t have any huge complain, other than the sandwich is good, but not great. I wish they put a little more of the stuff that goes in between the bread, i.e. Meat, Cheese, produce. I like the other Togo’s that also have a Basin Robbins in the same building, because you can really indulge and gorge yourself.

Togos is the best!!! If you love meat, then come here! Get the roast beef or pastrami hot sandwich, yum! Sandwiches are the best here, by far the best deal if you are comparing by weight.

I like togos and I live close BUT If you are used to togos being clean and competent this location will let you down. Rude and sketchy Staff dirty bathrooms food left out unrefrigerated gloves rarely changed. I would go to subway across the street!

Gluten free wrap is amazing(AS long as they remember to warm it up), Its the only Togos I’ve been to that is ALWAYS conscience of Gluten allergies. Last time we were there my husband and I both were super impressed with ‘Ryan”, excellent customer service /super friendly and did job without any struggle. I kinda only wanna go in now when he’s working…

This location is excellent. I didn’t get his name but the young man who helped me was awesome. He is the first person that i can remember to measure the temperature of the meat for my Triple Dip sandwich which was the best i have had in a long time. I will definitely go to this location from now on. He was also very patient with a smile on his face at all times as my wife kept changing her mind about how she wanted her sandwich made. Great customer service!

I provide the customer service trainings for new hires at the company I work for, so I’m always observing customer service interactions wherever I go. I have to say that the staff at this Togo’s were incredible! My sandwich artist David made me a truly inspirational sammie simply by offering his recommendations of breads and fixings. Seriously this group is top notch and I will definitely be returning!

Yesterday my girlfriend and I went in to this TOGOS around noon, expecting it to be busy. Indeed they were busy! I was really happy to see more staff members come out to the line and help their teammates greet and assist customers. I wish I would have gotten a name or 2, but really, yesterday’s staff was incredibly efficient and attentive, they moved through the line quickly and it was obvious that customers were happy. Too often when you go to get a sandwich in the of the lunch hour at other sandwich shops, you are stuck waiting in line only to await being served by a bratty teenager who moves slower than molasses in January. Not here. Great customer service, excellent staffing by management, great menu.

This review is for he Togo’s on Willow Pass Road in Concord. The sandwiches here are good. I’m giving this Togo’s five stars because I think, across the board, their staff is excellent. Face it, making sandwiches is a tedious job. But everyone here always has a smile on their face, are well groomed and are very nice. Congratulations to staff for a job well done and to management for hiring such good people and for training them so well.

Much better than subway with many more options. It’s more expensive than subway but you get more meat and much better bread. Dutch crunch bread is the best.

I love the Togo’s franchise. They have been around for a good long time. I think that the food is good and tasty. While preparing my hot sandwich, I noticed that the worker made sure to take the temperature of the hot item with a digital thermometer that they kept on top of the microwave oven. They were diligent to take the temperature every time something came out of the microwave. What they failed to do was clean the probe after using it! There is a box of disposable plastic sleeves for the probes, but the workers were not using them. What good is it to make sure the food is at the right temperature to prevent bacteria growth when you are cross contaminating the food by not cleaning the probe? And another thing. The only way I got what I wanted was a worker had to cut up some meat. He was reluctant to do so because he had never been trained to cut the meat with the machine. No one else in the store was trained either. He took a big safety risk in using equipment that he was not trained on. Well, the food was good, but staff training is lacking!

Been here twice and have had super stellar service both times. I’m soooo impressed. They were so careful about my gluten allergy, so helpful and courteous. I didn’t feel rushed and they never acted at all put out with all my customizations. I’m not particularly generous with my five star reviews but this place deserves it.

After a very looooong morning, I treated myself to a much deserved Club Wrap from this location. Being a past togonian myself…(yes, I said togonian… Lafayette Represent…), I had to say I was seriously impressed with the service I received. I was helped by a gentlemen named Ryan I believe, and I threw him for a loop. I ordered a Club sandwich on a wrap(Togo’s can turn any sandwich into a wrap… step it up, subway! You don’t even have any wraps!) and added ham to it, with everything minus lettuce. He rose to the challenge and made a bombin’ Club Wrap for me. At the end, it became difficult to actually wrap the tortilla, but he made it work, as a true sandwich maker can do! Not only was I impressed by how great it was, but his service was top notch. He was super friendly, chatty, and just very pleasant to talk to… which in my most recent experiences with fast food, was totally refreshing. He was a younger guy… and I’m sad to say that I don’t see very many anymore with that level of professionalism… even if it is just making a sandwich. It was an awesome experience! If you want a sandwich made, preferably a wrap, this is your go-to guy.

I had an amazing experience today while coming here for lunch. Nicole was working and is nothing short of amazing. I said I wanted the combo and asked what today’s soup was. When she replied saying southwestern, I was a little hesitant because I hadn’t tried it before. She offered me a sample, and offered the suggestion that it’s great with the wanton bits & cheese– it is! She was great! Really friendly and personable. Mike rang me up, who was also great. I love the atmosphere! Music is playing and it’s very clean, unlike some other togos locations I’ve seen. I’ll definitely be back ! :D

Got the pastrami sandwich. Not the best I’ve ever had, in fact it was quite bland. For the price, might as well go to subway or Quiznos right down the street.
