Today was the 3rd time I’ve came and they’ve been closed when their hours clearly say they were supposed to be open at that time! Very irritating! Only reason why I have it 2 stars is because the times I have tried them I loved their juices. But won’t be returning anymore since I’ve wasted my time too many times!

This café USED to be great! But their lack of regular OPEN hours is very disappointing. They are never open the actual hours posted on their drive up window. Mon-Fri, sometimes they aren’t open until 8am! On Saturday they close early!(I am at their window at 4pm and the sign says open to 6pm!) I don’t think I have ever seen them open past 2 pm on a Saturday! And hats if you are lucky enough to drive by while they are open! And Sunday, they are rarely open! Or they close early as well. Dear Owner of Treats… Maybe you can tell us WHEN we can show up to get a specialty drink? It sure would be helpful if it was open the hours we expect an employee to be there. :(

Mediocre. The juices seem watered down… Paid $ 4.99 for a regular sized(8oz)Go Green juice. The place is clean, staff seem friendly, smells like fresh brewed coffee when you walk in so it’s intoxicating if you’re a coffee lover like myself. May come back if I don’t find a Jamba Juice around Concord.

I was pretty excited to try this place out after seeing the pictures on Unilocal. This place is pretty small, it’s like a mini hut sized store in the middle of the parking lot. The location is pretty convenient with lots of extra surrounding parking space. The cashier was friendly but did not know how to operate the cash register too well. I tried the buffalo chicken and chipotle chicken wraps. Both were pretty good but I’d prefer the buffalo chicken the next time around. It’s made with basic microwaveable meat and refrigerated vegetables/ingredients. I wanted to change my diet and be healthier but I don’t think the food here helped lol I also tried their tropical smoothie. I didn’t like it at first. But I guess eventually I got used to the taste and needed up enjoying the drink :) individual smoothies are overpriced. A large sized smoothie costs as much as a wrap :(

Arrived at 8:05am on a Saturday figuring they would be open since the hours posted stated they opened at 8am. Waited 20 minutes for two workers to arrive and open. Pulled up at the drive through and waited another few minutes until one of the workers opened the window and stated they would not be ready to take orders for another 15 minutes… very unprofessional and will not be coming back.

When I first saw the menu online, I was actually excited. Not so much when we walked in. Ended up not really wanting to get anything but because I was hungry and wanted to be healthy, I ordered a small side salad. We also ordered a chicken sandwich, chips, and a smoothie for the kids. My husband had coffee. Salad was really boring. Nothing great there(cheap at least). Coffee was not good. Had a bite of the kid’s chicken sandwich and it was fine. But again nothing special. Smoothie — ditto. This may be a good option if you need something on the healthy side in a hurry and you don’t care what it is(on the way to better things perhaps). But I would definitely not come here if I was eating out.

This place is NOT organic– lets cover that from the jump. Concordians are obviously very forgiving and it IS the healthiest option on Clayton Road, but organic and all natural? Girl bye. Their bread is the Fresh and Easy store brand. I had the worst customer experience at their drive through. After waiting quite a whiiiiiiile for the customer ahead to be served, the staff member inside yelled from ACROSS the kitchen what I wanted. Awkwardly, I yelled it to her because she didn’t come to the window. She said she’s out of what I wanted, but did not offer what she did have. It was very off putting start to finish. She yelled at me from inside throughout the process.

I’ve been there off and on over the couple years since they opened. It’s never a great experience and usually not even a good experience. Today was a typical visit – which usually comes with an error and an attitude or just not a friendly sense of customer service. I ordered my croissant at the Drive-Thru window and the person that took my order just walked away to start making it before I could place my drink order. Then she yelled a question to me from across the kitchen, instead of walking over to the window and politely asking me. It was then that I had to yell back to her from car that I would also like a smoothie. She yelled back asking what kind and what size. I tried to motion to her with my hands to come to the window, but she wasn’t even looking at me. A few minutes later, she comes over with my order – and what do you know: she got the size of the drink WRONG! I helpfully suggested that maybe she could hear the customer better if she came to the window for communication. At this point she copped an attitude that I would even suggest such a thing. Then I said that every time I come here I get service with an attitude. She did not reply with an apology, but instead defensively said, «Not with me. I’ve never seen you before!» Good-bye Treats. You are not a treat to come to and I won’t be coming back.

Listen. I’m not the kind of person who complains when customer service is sub par or the people are distant. But this might be the first time I’ve had people be straight up rude to me as soon as I walked in the door. There were two girls working there and they immediately looked so pissed off and inconvenienced that yet ANOTHERPERSON(there were two other people sitting outside eating) wanted things from them. One of the girls barely made it through taking my order without rolling her eyes and giving me the middle finger. And then they loudly complained about another customer. So. Not going back with that kind of service. It sucks because this place is super close to my apartment and has good drinks and decent sandwiches. But those two girls that work there need to be fired. Eugh.

I have to admit, after finding this place on Unilocal,it wasn’t quite what I expected. I was excited to find a local organic café with fresh juices and sandwiches – something easy and light(and you can’t find enough good juice bars around). The place is a TINY little drive-by stop(kind of like a Caffino or gas station coffee spot), but it’s in the middle of a seemingly deadbeat plaza. Although the look of it is very rundown and old-fashioned(history on Treat Blvd?), it still runs well and delivers the goods. I was in love with my Green Juice; it was sweet enough to balance the vegetable juice blend and a perfectly refreshing juice! My brother had ordered an Iced Tuxedo Coffee which was VERY thick and sweet(water it down for more to drink?), but it was still SO delicious. As for the food, he ordered a pesto-tomato-cheese sandwich which seemed to be something you could make yourself at home(literally two pieces of regular bread with pesto, cheese and a slice of tomato flattened and grilled down panini style). Since it was nearing the end of the late afternoon, the cashier lady/waitress was maybe a little out of it, working the shop on her own as her son slept in the corner. If this place were a tad closer to me/more local around my area, I would probably go here more often. Everything was delicious and affordable – the drinks at least – though my experience didn’t quite impress me. Satisfying and refreshing drinks, but I hope to find another location.

Reviewing just the juice — my go-green juice was pretty tasty! It would be great(if they don’t already) if they had an option to make your own combination. Mostly, I enjoy this place because I’m too lazy to remember to buy greens for juicing, then the prospect of having to cut everything up, juice, ANDTHEN clean your juicer is just too overwhelming. #NextLevelFirstWorldProblems Haven’t tried any of the food yet but it’s a little confusing because not all of the items on their menu look that healthy? I saw like veggie chips but those aren’t really healthy. I think the best way to describe it would be «healthy»(emphasis on the quotation marks, stressing the air finger quotes).

FALSEADVERTISING! Nothing(almost nothing) organic! I am astonished by the reviews! I was so excited to find an «organic» juice place. And possibly some good food as well. I was imaging Plant Organic(in SF). Made the rather long drive and was completely disappointed! 1) Nothing is really organic. I asked the girls working there if the chicken was organic and got back blank stares and«they are all free-range». That’s great, but is not equivalent to organic. For the smoothies, the frozen fruit is NOT organic! They said the fresh juices were organic, but hard to know for sure. I also asked about the garden burger — answer«yes, I think so» and then they produced an ingredients list from the frozen package for the garden burger which listed NOTONE organic ingredient. 2) Food was awful. As mentioned above, despite my misgivings I actually ordered the chicken chipotle wrap and the garden burger. The latter was passable(but, did I mention it is made from a frozen, mass produced burger that I could get at CostCO?). It was reasonably tasty. But not great. The chicken chipotle was terrible! The chicken pieces were super dry(think jerky), as if they had been cooked a few days ago and sitting open in a bin since then. The remainder of the ingredients were really marginal. Overall food quality approximating the level of carnival food(sadly, no joke)! 3). All sandwiches are accompanied by these highly over processed«veggie sticks» that(most likely) are purchased in bulk from say, Trader Joe’s. You know the ones, like cheese puffs but in the shape of a fry with colors to indicate that there is some vegetable matter mixed into the potato base. YUCK! Why not a lovely fresh, green salad? Would make more sense for a restaurant touting«fresh, all natural and organic». I expected more. Not only is this place NOT organic(no where on the menu can one discern which items might actually be), I don’t even think it’s «all natural» given the likely preservative-ridden nature of those fried potato puffs. Awful all around. So sad. Was so hoping the East Bay had had a wonderful, organic juice shop.

Until I saw this place on Unilocal,I had no clue that an organic/all natural café existed in Concord. My main reason for coming, other than seeing the good reviews and refreshing smoothie pictures, was to get some work done outside of the typical Starbucks environment. I was so happy to see the reviews regarding their free wifi and had my mind set on spending the majority of my day there. My first thought when I got there was, «wow this place is tiny!» There are only about 4 tables there, all squished in the corner. The plus side though — it was empty and there were multiple outlets to plug my laptop in to. Ready to start being productive, I tried logging in to their wifi connection. No luck. I asked the two workers(a handful of different times, just to be sure) what the network & password were, but it never worked. One of the employees was on her first day on the job, so I don’t blame her if she wasn’t aware of the correct password. The second employee was so sure of the wifi/password combo, but it still prompted me that I needed a different password. I was pretty disappointed because the whole purpose of me going there was to do work.(I eventually ended up at a Starbucks down the street. yet again.) Bummer. Anyways, maybe their connection was just not working properly that day. I’ll be back to try again in the future in hopes of some better luck! On the upside, the smoothies & food was pretty good! Nice having a healthy alternative in Concord! I got the zesty turkey wrap and an island blast smoothie(all organic ingredients) for under $ 10…not bad at all! This place is relatively cheap and tastes great! May be deserving of 5 stars if their wifi works next time… For now, a solid 4!

I ordered my sandwich and drink before driving over via the order online feature on Unilocal’s mobile app and when I got there the order hadn’t gone through :(I came like 15 min after I sent it and they hadn’t received it. Which wasn’t their fault it was the online app thing. And they were super sweet about it all, in my head I was like great I’m going to have to pay twice! But they were totally nice and made me my tomato basil cheese sandwich and green juice ASAP. Food and drink, both delicious! AND as a super amazing customer service bonus, they gave me a $ 5 gift card for the whole waiting extra thing. I was just happy I didn’t have to pay twice, but the gift card was the cherry on top of my experience. I love this place, great food, drink and customer service. Next time I’m in the area I’m definitely coming back!

Seriously — all the 5 star reviews about this place are accurate. I actually just moved to the area and needed a place to use internet. I sat in there for a couple hours and got to eat, drink, and observe. Food — FANTASTIC. I had a wrap and usually wraps are all the same… the ingredients on this one stepped it up. I want to come back for more. I had the Chipotle wrap. I really want to try the sandwiches I saw people order. Coffe — also great and very flavorful Customer Service/Staff — Really cool couple of girls working. They immediately helped every single person that walked in with a smile. They worked very well together and got food/drinks to the customers fast. They definitely have generated some regulars because they seemed to remember a lot of people who walked in. I also probably annoyed them for staying here for a couple hours… but they didn’t show it. The actual café is smaller than I thought, not really a place to hang out all day and use the internet, but I did anyway so THANKYOU! I would give them 6 stars if I could.

Quite simply, it is really very nice to have an organic juice bar that also provides tasty, healthy breakfast and lunch items(& in Concord of all places!). I’ve been coming here for awhile; my favorite juice drink is the«energizer»(carrots, celery, something else I’m forgetting) and I love the tomato basil sandwich(which is toasted for you – delicious). As someone who hasn’t the time to prepare healthy meals for myself, it’s really nice to have this place pick up my slack. If you call ahead, their drive-through option is wonderfully convenient. P. s.– I just tried the Santa Fe chicken salad today – very tasty! The veggies are fresh and the chicken is nicely grilled and smoky.

Ok, so I have given it another shot, and I can probably now say, that I greatly appreciate Treats! Wonderful selection of organic teas, juices and smoothies. Service is also quite personable and friendly. Prices are just a little steep if you ask me, but I suppose its worth it. And, they offer a drive through. Officially my new go-to Juice place when I’m to lazy to do any juicing my self :)

«Big things come in small packages,» so goes the saying. «The best things in life come in small packages,» so the jewelry stores would have us believe. Treats Natural and Organic Café made me a believer of the adage and the sales talk. Treats is a small café: so small that it can easily be mistaken for a drive-thru coffee shop a la Caffino. But they are really a café, and though it is rather tiny inside, it is also quite cozy. The smells of the fruits that they turn into delectable smoothies emanate the air, which makes you forget their rather snug confines. We went here when we were not exactly starving, and the employees were nice enough to split our tomato basil cheese sandwich without giving us that judgmental you-are-cheap looks(you know what I mean?). The sandwich was delicious and I loved the veggie chips that they came with. We also had the Tropical Thunder and Island Blast smoothies, and they were D-E-L-I-C-I-O-U-S. I honestly think that theirs are the best smoothies in town. The employees are pleasant, the sandwiches and smoothies are delicious, and the prices are very reasonable. Big flavors in a small café… The best things in life does indeed come in small packages!
