Yankee Candle

I absolutely love this location, very kind friendly people working here, as well as attentive to what your looking for. I will continue to buy from this location because of the great environment and how joyful the employees look and make you feel :)

My husband and I walked into the Yankee Candle store and immediately spotted a candle scented like «Jelly Beans». After seeing the «sale» sign on the candle, my first thought was the discounted bags of «belly flops» the JB Factory sells: Perfectly tasty jelly beans priced to sell because of their odd shapes.
We own an indoor rabbit so we have recently fallen in love with scented candles — it beats the smell of fresh hay! (And other rabbit smells). That, plus the fact we both love jelly beans… and it was a big win for us to find this after-​Easter sale price of $ 7 for a sweet, large candle!

Omgggggg… This is candle heaven! It’s my go-​to place to pick up gifts for people I don’t know very well, or emergency backup gifts! The scents are amazing, and the candles burn for a really long time compared to cheap ones!
They have tons of different products besides just candles, and there’s a scent for everyone! It’s nice to have this store so you can smell everything yourself instead of order blindly online!

There was sale going on at this store, and I lacked self control to buy some new candles. However, if these candles weren’t so damn pricey, I would be a Yankeeholic buying all these scented goodies instead of relying on Wally-​World or Glade candles.
I had great customer service from Laurie today. Despite almost breaking one of the tumbler candle jars from being an absolute klutz, she helped me find a cheaper candle with a similar scent. She also gave me some hook-​ups on future coupon deals and sales which was a plus! I wished there were scent options to choose from this store but with the great customer service and sales that happen every now and then, I wouldn’t mind shopping back here again.

Yankee Candle is a new discovery for me that I’ve just started treating like any other necessary sundry type item I might need. I’m tired of inconsistent supplies of Glade candles and absolutely zero supplies of refill air freshners from Febreze.
I initially came in around christmas time looking for a gift and have since just started coming in when ever I’m out of something or want to smell a new flavor.
When I want one of the I staple candles I order it online.
Recently for Easter they had a Marshmallow Peeps candle that smelled amazing. One of the best candles I’ve ever smelled.
There are some pretty bad ones though. Some that smell like I5 rest stop air freshners. Just flowers that mask farts.
My favorites are Red Velvet, Black Coconut, Christmas Eve, Magnolia Blossom. Some of the scents are limited but they bring them back at various intervals throughout the year. Luau Party smells like fruit punch. Christmas Eve smells great but they are currently out of. Citrus Tango is to die for. It’s grapefruit at its best. I love it.
They have a sign up for free membership program to get discounts. Like a Safeway card for candles. I’m in, I’m all in with Yankee Candle.

Okay now. I buy several hundreds of dollars in this store. The service in this store 11÷12÷15 @ 11:30am was the worst service I have ever had. I waited 15mins in line while the other big girl continue to help customer on the floor instead of checking me out to pay she saw me standing there and continue to help people that just walked in. Common sense is to check out the person that is waiting to purchase. I was so annoyed I left my basket on the floor with about $ 250.00 dollars of product and walked out of the store. Way to go on service.
