I’ve always had great experiences here. Vivian is my favorite massage therapist and is particularly good at therapeutic work (I have chronic neck pain, and she is the only massage therapist that can make it disappear!). The reason I’m not giving five stars is because the ambiance is not quite perfect as far as day spas are concerned. That said, if you’re looking for a good massage in the Conifer area, I would definitely recommend First Feather.

This place is very un-​organized, they have scheduling problems, and the owner Vivian was extremely rude to my elderly mother. She bought me a gift Certificate in October for my birthday and I have left multiple messages with a receptionist who told me she would call me back. Never recieved a message back??? We decided to nicely ask for a refund. This woman left messages at our home that were sarcastic and abrasive! Shockingly as it is she was even more rude to my mother in person when she went in for refund! Unprofessional and very unorganized! Dint spend your money here, drive to evergreen or Denver.
