I always used Arrow until one of their drivers knocked down my retaining wall. When I called to try and work something out with the company, they strung me along for over a month saying ‘the owner is out of town’ and ‘the owner has had some family health issues’ and after two months of me being nice they just refused to respond. I talked with a representative on the phone and told her I would have to file a police report and go that route, and she said ‘that might be the only way to get a response from the owner’. These types of people are terrible, and i refuse to give them any more money.
