I was in a bit of a fix since my insurance was about to run out. They were incredibly polite and professional while working with me. I was able to get two root canals, four wisdom teeth extracted, and multiple fillings done over just a few days. I was in lots of pain before any of the procedures, but I feel much better now. I’m sore from the extractions, but I don’t have the sharp shooting pain from a giant cavity. Also, I no longer have a broken wisdom tooth cutting into my tongue or the side of my cheek. All of my appointments were on time, and I’m really happy with the services I received. Thank you!

They won’t tell you $ 29 cleaning requires a second visit-expect to wait at least 1 hr for every appointment. The Ortho’ Dr’s are their only saving grace, we are on our second Dr. there. Possibly because I wouldn’t want my license liability with this crew or the ineptitude of the staff. Time to slow down regroup and have meeting about what each person’s responsibility is. The chaos and unorganization is unbelievable. In all my life I have never had such an entire crew of rude horrible staff. This is not a team facility. One doesn’t know what the next is doing. The waiting room is packed always and dirty. I feel bad for the Physicians because they have to work with such a mess. Time to clean house literally and remove all the staff and start over. Lost retainers, lost payments, lost paperwork. Each visit is more of a nightmare. A deal is not always a deal. I would never come back but already into the Invisalign which I was told today«really isn’t invisalign» Well, don’t put Invisalign on my contract. There is one friendly blonde up front, the scheduler in the back has no clue that treatment requires a set schedule for braces.(she won’t ever look at you but is really great in the eye rolling department) In all of my visits the ONLY person who greets the patients in any manner is the Physician. «How are your today? maybe smile? anything, it is a cattle run and you will be treated like cattle. Again, only two exceptions. The tv is always blaring and then you have people packed in the waiting room yelling into their cell phones to talk over the tv. Uggg I dread the next visit, I think I would rather have teeth pulled without anesthesia, if I needed teeth extracted. FYI-it is not monarch dental, the sign says Castle now but your receipts that they do not document on your lost chart say Monarch. You do need an appointment, but they don’t come close to keeping your timed appointment. I don’t know who the actual owner of the business is but it might behoove them to make a visit.
