My daughter’s 3rd Birthday party was a success. Our party host was great. He was extremely helpful. The place was clean and not too crowded. This was the first time having a party here and it was a great experience. I am sure we will be going back to this location very soon. They have a lot of games that I haven’t seen at the other locations.

MUSTREAD!!! Last week we went in to celebrate two birthdays and were pleasantly surprised to see they rearranged things and got a few new games and a funhouse. Our excitement was soon deflated when the funhouse was closed due to a child losing some turds out of their diaper. Then we look over and see a turd on the floor between our table and the fountain drinks. It was funny at first, as two customers stood guard(making sure no one stepped on it) and the manager was summoned. But the manager(who was so stuck in his headpiece talking to people that he didn’t even greet us when we came in) came unprepared and only stood over the turd for longer until a minion employee was available. Five minutes after turds were deployed, the funhouse was open again(already?) and the disgusted minion appears to scoop up the errant turd with a gloved hand and much disgust. Wait? Did she just walk off, not spraying said turd area with a disinfectant or anything? Oh yes, and to make matters much worse, she goes back to the prep area(yes, where your delectable pizzas and wings are made) and drops the fecal matter into the trash! My sister-in-law goes back there to talk to the manager and sees the employees without hair nets or gloves. She questions the manager and while explaining that the employees wash their hands and the turd was handled appropriately, the manager visibly gets irritated with my sis and ends up telling her to leave. WHAT!?! She didn’t get her food or drinks and after calling corporate, she is told that she must remove her party from the premises and call the police if she wants to file a report. Are you freaking kidding me? Unbelievably crazy!!! We were polite and astonished, and we will never go back. I would suggest you take your darlings elsewhere to have fun, lest you end up with turd croutons on your oh-so-fresh salad. Ew.

This kids pizzeria does a great job and ensuring that parents come in with their kids and leave with their kids. An invisible ink stamps is given to you and your family for safety so kudos for that! We came in to celebrate a friend’s birthday and of course the kids were delighted to play on all the arcade games including a fun house! Yep, it’s newest addition only takes two tokens for some quick«fun». Chucky Cheese mouse was also on hand on a Friday night to wave to the kids and he was very friendly! We ordered some edible adult pizzas with all the toppings(but too many preservatives because I had a horrible headache the next day) and the kids had a pepperoni. Overall a good time catching up with friends while the kids played. I’m sure we will be back:)

This Chuck E Cheese is poorly managed. I’ve been to this location three times for family birthday parties and every time the service is poor due to lack of employees. Poor teenagers are trying to do everything they can do. This location is poorly managed. With all the money Chick E Cheese makes in sure they can afford to hire a couple more employees. I wish I could have scored this location with no stars.

Don’t believe the commercials stating the food is better. It is still below par. Won’t be back.

My twins say they like Chuck E. Cheese because of the consistently high caliber of their pizzas, their mouth-watering Barffelo Wings and the subtle sophistication of their ambience. I suspect otherwise. $ 20 for pizza, $ 10 for the Barffelo Wings, $ 8 for sodas and $ 120 for game tokens. It would be cheaper and easier to just buy drugs for your kids. But that would be illegal. So Chuck E. Cheese provides a decent alternative.

I take the kids here a lot, and despite very lackluster service we have fun. The employees are hard to find and seem to really not care about customers. Waiting to cash in tickets is so slow that most times we come back to do it another day.

My husband and I decided to take our girls(7 and 3) to Chuck E Cheese and decided to drive North thinking it will be better, cleaner etc… we were wrong. Games are fine and good as Chuck E Cheese can be. We waited too long for our kids to claim their price from the tickets earned from the games. The salad bar produce was stored on the floor in perfect view of the customers as it held the refrigerator door open. My husband who is a Chef informed 4 employees that passed until he got the Manager. The Salad bar was messy and not attended to. There were not enough employees on duty for a Saturday and birthday parties going on. I would not have my kids birthday parties here seeing how unorganized and filthy it was.

After torturing my poor daughter with a long road trip that she would consider boring, I rewarded her with Chuck E Cheese today. The staff here are very nice and as helpful as they’re able to. The place was completely packed when we went in. By the time we left, there was a line of parents and kids waiting out the door to get in. Got in and ordered some pizza. It was pretty foul and nasty pizza. Cici’s, Domino’s, or even a microwaved Flying Baron or DiGiornio would’ve been better. The frozen pizza had not thawed completely. Almost tasted like frozen bread with ketchup on top of it. Thank God I had some awesome BBQ earlier today and quickly flanked the nasty pizza with some delish Malay food later. Anyway, on to the games. We were here last year for my daughter’s birthday and the place was just awesome at the time. Lots of games and rides that she could play. The place was not crowded, so there was little to no wait for games. And they were all working. There were even awesome games that I could play(like Initial D that included options that even had my car with the exact same modifications). I would’ve given the place 4 stars at the time. 1 year later, everything was different. Long lines to wait for just about every game and machine in there today. Most of the games were changed out and replaced primarily with coin machines(the type where you shoot your token and it just rolls into a pile of tokens… and many variants of them). Initial D was gone, so I was sad :(About ¼ of the games were not working properly(many just ate tokens without activating). At least the staff was very nice and gave my daughter extra tickets to redeem for toys despite being very busy.

My youngin insisted on her birthday party being held here despite the fact that she is petrified of the 6 ft rat that comes to celebrate the party with the birthday child. Not the rats fault, but I too get the jeebes when he nears. This location has to be by far one of my favs. Nice, large, well lit and great staff. I procrastinated party planning this year and waited till the very last minute to schedule this party. I called to find out pricing and the manager Tina was super sweet and helpful in relaying prices and giving me the heads up on the incentives to book online. Website was crazy easy to navigate and despite my poor planning they had just what I wanted. Come party time, everything was waiting for us at our reserved table. We had one lovely girl that escorted us throughout the entire party. Efficiency comes into play when it comes time for cake and the birthday song. All the children celebrating in the same time slot are done together which allows for a larger party feel. Each child gets a inflatable token crown and a chance to go in the ticket blowing machine. My timid 4 yr old had no interest in what I’m sure looked like a death trap to her and was compensated vouchers worth 500 tickets. I really appreciated that gesture. Food is like it always is but none of us came in with the impression of fine dining. Book birthdays here. Totally worth it.

They are reasonable to entertain your child. The pizza is better than it used to be, now it doesn’t taste like a reheated frozen pizza. They have a lot of games that seem to be out of order though for the amount of business they get.
