I recently had surgery and was in search of a lay, sit, stand recliner. I walked in and was greeted. Our salesperson, Dillon was very helpful. Unfortunately the chairs that caught my eye didn’t work. When Dillon asked for assistance, he was told by a person that he was busy.
I bought my first sofa here and I paid cash. I was told the only way I could receive promotional sales information was if I made another purchase or I got my credit checked. Not gonna happen! Why the heck would I buy something that didn’t even work in the store?
Don’t waste you time unless you have credit issues and need a break.

Horrible, horrible, horrible. Whatever you do, go buy elsewhere. $ 1000 dryer broke after 2 weeks, 2 months ago. I have placed 7 phone calls to corporate, customer service, delivery, and the store since then with zero responses. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. THEY DON’T CARE IF IT WORKS ONCE IT GETS TO YOUR HOME.

If I could give no stars I would. My mother shops here for furniture despite telling her that they are higher than most furniture stores around. She has bought a dinning room suit, bedroom furniture, dishwasher, and now a living room set. After the couches were delivered we noticed the couch was not sitting correctly. After a month of several calls and visits to the store she is still getting the run around about getting the couch replaced. Not to mention the dishwasher was installed and didn’t work, they came back out the following week and it wouldn’t come on. Finally on the third try they got it installed and working. The customer service on the mgmt level is seriously lacking. They screw you around till you run out of your warranty and they don’t have to deal with you. SHOP SOMEWHERE ELSE! Save yourself the headache!

Everytime I go in there I am greeted and asked if I need any help. Very nice and good customer service. I definitely would recommend anyone to come here. The manager is always present and I like that because you can always ask him anything. I have bought many items from Conn’s and will continue to shop at my favorite store.

I’m new to the area and went to see what Conn’s has to offer. The salesman came up to me and asked if I needed help. I said I just wanted to look around, this was my first time in the store. He followed me around the store and kept trying to start up a conversation about everything I looked at. He was standing too close for comfort to me so I left. Conn’s has nice merchandise, but the salesman’s tactics drove me away. I doubt I’ll ever return.
