Extremely unprofessional. One employee aggressively tried to pressure me into paying 4.99 for him to put my 3 books into a box(something I clearly indicated I was more than capable of doing myself) while another lazily texted away on his iPhone. FedEx corporate should take a hard look at this store. It’s behavior like this that drives customers to one of the many alternative shipping providers; just like how I today decided to take my business to UPS.

Can’t complain about anything other than the price to ship using FEDEX is redic compared to the USPS. The staff here is mixed, sometimes I have a great, friendly, and super helpful experience other times I get the feeling that this is the last place on earth this person wants to be. Believe me I get it — – working at a shipping store, especially during the holidays sometimes sucks, but how you choose to perceive it is your choice entirely. Smiling and friendly certainly makes the day go by smoother. :-)
