I have never in my life experienced such poor service. I don’t usually write reviews but I feel this may save someone a lot of stress — please do not use this company if you value your time, want quality and want a technician who doesn’t spit on your pavers as he leaves!

Not impressed at all. Spent a lot of money here. Bought a dishwasher, a range, an ice maker, a hood and a microwave drawer. They delivered it, and said they would install. However we didn’t have a place to put it as we were remodeling. I called and asked if they could come back to so do a couple simple installs when we were done, they said no unless I wanted to pay per appliance, 500 dollars to install a range? And 350 for a dishwasher? That has to be joke but it’s not to them. Don’t expect anything great from them.

Absolutely horrible customer service. While redoing our bathroom, we ordered all of our fixtures, tub, cabinets etc from Kiva as they were our contractors supplier.
I had to call several times to get the quote, and then to correct their duplicate items on the order form and several times to get them to process the order
We were told everything would be available in 10 days. it took over a month, products arrived damaged, they did not order all the required fixtures for the plumbing, and of course, not everything was accounted for.
Run, don’t walk to any other supplier

Kiva Kitchen and Bath has been serving my clients with moderate to high end appliances and plumbing fixtures and finishes for over 7 years. This company and its showroom are a designer’s best resource.
My representative there, Ms. Gina Knochel, is one of the best when selecting products for my clients’ needs. She has been with Kiva for 15 – 20 years, and her product knowledge is among the best in the construction/​building industry.
I personally recommend that designers accompany their clients to this incredibly beautiful showroom. Designers and their clients will not be disappointed with the products available, or with Ms. Gina Knochel’s assistance with selections and pricing.
