Had the Rattlesnake burger and fries to go. It is a burger with jalapeños, onions and spices ground into the meat (reminds me of Tornado Burger in Missouri City but way better buns!). It is not a thick burger but a well seasoned homemade thin one. Mine was topped with grilled jalapeños and muenster cheese with a jalapeño cheese bun. It was fantastic! Just the right amount of spice and the bun was soft, slightly sweet, which balanced well with the heat from the burger. Fresh lettuce, tomatoes, onions and pickles topped it off.
The fries are fresh cut and great! Remind me of a place from my childhood (Glass Kitchen). If your looking for super crispy fries this is not your place but they are fantastic!
The woman at the register was super helpful in guiding me to the right choice as I was a first timer!
Do not miss this, one of the best burgers in Texas!

***GREATEST BURGER EVER***
I’ve tried many burger joints that everyone claimed was the best burger they’ve ever had, but Uncle Tony’s is by far the best burger I’ve ever tasted. Not only is the food great, but their customer service is top notch as well. Give this place a try, you won’t regret it. It’s well worth the drive.

Great food! Great quality! The rattlesnake burger rocks. The spices were hot but not too hot to enjoy, and the jalapeño bun was the icing on the cake. The service was also very good. By the way, this was my first visit and won’t be my last.

Although this place is in the middle of nowhere, I would drive back to just eat here!
Their burgers and fries were awesome! The patties tasted like real meat and was so juicy I couldn’t stop eating it.

Good burgers no doubt. Fries were tasty as well. Fried pickles were too greasy and too salty. Most scary thing was that we were the only customers in the restaurant at 6 PM on a Saturday. Service was a bit slow. Waitress omitted to bring my daughter a second glass of water. If I go back, I might prefer takeout. Summary: good quality but not sure whether that warrants he rather stiff price or the ‘house rules’.

Hmm, would I recommend this place to my best friend? YES! Yum! Everything we’ve eaten here has been delicious and fresh.
Don’t come here expecting a fast meal; they make everything to order so expect to wait a little bit but the payoff is so worth it.
The service is good and it is a clean environment.
The only negative for me is that the restaurant is very small so I recommend going before or after rushes, or call ahead for take out.
They have a limit on how many drinks they serve each person to keep the environment family friendly.
It’s more on the expensive side but as they say you get what you pay for! We will definitely return again and again for a treat.

I had the Chela Cheese Burger with the addition of pepper corn bacon and avocado, seasoned fries and ranch. I was having a long day and everything was perfect. Great taste, I loved the fries because they reminded me of WingStop fries which are my favorite.
I’ll be back every now and again because well you can’t beat having a great cheeseburger on a long day.
Yes, it’s more expensive than a fast food burger place… because it’s not fast food. Also, portions are pretty big.

Pros: Great bun, build your own burger, hand cut fries, service.

This 5 star rating is based on both the wings as well as the rattlesnake burger. The wings are a good portion for the price. The Sauce is excellent, not overly spicy but with a good kick. The rattlesnake burger is a whole nother level! The bread is delicious.
Tony and his wife are wonderful people tony will sit and talk all day if they aren’t too busy. They deserve a much higher volume than they currently have. We drove from Klein to eat there. It is worth the drive folks!

AWESOME FOOD!!! Might be a little on the high price side, but once you eat the food it is worth every penny. To have fresh made hamburgers is worth it. I had the Rattle Snake burger with peppers and had the jalapeño sour dough buns. My LORD is that GOOD. The sweet potato fries are very good. My son loved his corndog nuggets.
A little bit of a drive but worth going.
What made it nice was that the owners came out and talked to us. Made us feel very welcome.

The burgers are awesome, chicken tacos are tasty, also like the fried pickles & wings. Kinda pricey, but it’s not your typical burger.

The burgers are quite tasty and the sourdough buns are by far the best part. The downfall is that this place is very pricy! Expect to spend around $ 15 per person for a burger, fries/​onion rings (ranch for onion rings costs extra) and a drink!
Staff has been friendly, and the place seems clean.
