This place might be good for a post-workout smoothie, but I would not recommend it for a full meal. Came here for brunch and the food was not very tasty. Especially disappointing was their iced coffee, which tasted like watered down soymilk with a splash of brown food coloring.

Delicious! I’m a flavor first kinda guy and not exactly what you would call«health conscious». Local Table is the best of both worlds. Everything is made fresh, healthy, and delicious. The breakfast is great. Our brunch featured an amazing chorizo hash that I still find myself daydreaming about. They have tons of great lunch options too. Last time, I had an open faced turkey sandwich and a fresh juice. Every time I eat there, I I feel like I am doing something good for my body. Big fan.

This place is so fresh I have never been disappointed in my meal! I love the breakfast and lunch options, but the gluten free desserts are really why I go. I sit there during the day to do work, and it can get a little loud with the juicers, but nothing my headphones can’t block out.

I’m doing Whole30 and really appreciated all the paleo friendly items on the menu! Today had the breakfast sweet potato with smashed avocado, bacon, egg whites and kale. It was absolutely delicious and the side of siracha was a welcomed treat. Also had the purple chakra smoothie(non dairy) which was super yum. This place will absolutely be in my breakfast rotation.

This is one of my go-to healthy spots! I see a lot of complaints about portions but remember that this is organic quality food. It’s hard to have huge portions at their price point. I just had the stuffed sweet potato and it was amazing. The breakfast always hits the spot and I’m in love with those gluten, sugar, and dairy free doughnuts that are gone in seconds. I think this place is a great keepsake for conshy and hope more restaurants nearby will begin to offer organic and healthier options!

I ordered lunch today from Local Table wanting something healthy after a lovely Yoga class. The place had no other patrons(somewhat odd for a Wednesday at 1pm) and seemed eerily empty in terms of the atmosphere. There are a bunch of business cards and other items in front of the registers — it seemed cluttered and I would suggest finding a dedicated space to engage customers and support the community. I don’t remember if there was music on in the restaurant… maybe some tunes would would make the atmosphere more complete. I ordered the blue chakra shake(almond milk, blueberries, coconut oil, basil, aloe) and the stuffed sweet potato. The shake seemed watered down and didn’t have a strong flavor but I think some of the other options may provide a more robust flavor. I should have gone with the Yellow(ginger, honey, lemon, grapefruit) — next time! The sweet potato was on point. Chorizo was delicious and the little bit of avocado was a nice touch that complimented the sweet potato and meat. As the Beatles sing, «I’ve got to admit it’s getting better, a little better all the time» — it has improved since my last two visits!

I want to love this place. The owner was super sweet and the concept is right up my alley. I was pumped to have some good juices in the area… But the Flavor is lacking. They taste a bit watered down and need more natural sugar from sweeter fruit. I will have to try the shakes. I also wish they had more coffee options. The food was delish, and they had some GF options but would hope for some more. I had the roasted root salad. My mom had the turkey club– she said it was nothing to write home about. The portion sizes were also inconsistent. I need to go back and try again. I see the menu has changed since I was last there. Will update and hopefully add a star! We need to support small and local businesses!

I went here twice for lunch. The first time I wasn’t impressed based on the salad selection I made(Roasted Root Vegetable Salad). The portion size was tiny and for the price I would think they would provide a lot more. The shake I ordered(green shake) also had no flavor what so ever. So I figured I would give this place another try. The place was empty at 12:00 lunch hour where everywhere else in the Conshohocken restaurant area is packed during the week. This time I ordered the Turkey club which was ok. Kinda basic and it came with a side of popcorn. I think two times will be it for me.

I just can’t get down with the portion sizes here. I ordered a roasted vegetable root salad upon giving this place a second try and was disappointed again. The amount of goat cheese was soo tiny and the«pulled» chicken that came with my salad was not pulled, and for $ 4 extra, what gives? I really want to like this place and everything sounds great in theory, but so far they have not delivered.

Been to Local Table a few times now. I have gone for breakfast, lunch and dinner. I went 2 – 3 times for breakfast and found the food to be overpriced for what is included. Even with the healthy ingredients an $ 7+ green smoothie is not a bargain by any means. For $ 7, I can buy most of the ingredients, like kale and lemons and make the same thing for several smoothies. I find their pricing obscure and not competitive to the market. I have also tried their lunch and dinner options twice as well. I kept running into the same problem, half the ingredients ate missing. Recently I got the protein salad. The salad was missing most of the ingredients including the egg, avocado, some roasted chickpeas and minimal toppings. It was a lot of just lettuce. The quinoa was a nice touch but the placement on the side caused almost all of the quinoa to get stuck in the crevices of the to go container. I needed surgical like skills to maneuver a piece of lettuce to slide into the cracks and actually get anything out. Became way too much work. I am giving the café two stars for a great location, friendly staff, quick service, and an inviting and clean environment. I applaud the focus on healthy organic food and a creative menu. However, the pricing makes no sense and in my eyes overpriced for what you are getting. I keep finding the food to be missing half of what is included or not right at all. I would prefer they minimize their options so they can perfect what they do have and make the costs more reasonable.

Great breakfast place in Conshohocken. It’s a welcome change from my regular«go to» places in the area. Food was excellent, the«bullet-proof» coffee with coconut oil, grass fed butter and organic maple syrup and the owner was very knowledgable and friendly! I’ll be bringing my wife here next time!

Nice little café on 1st Ave! I had the barbecue chicken wrap and it was great. My friend had a breakfast sandwich and said that was really good too. I love that they serve breakfast all day! Everything was reasonably priced; I’ll definitely be back!

Love farm to table, love the values behind this place. That said, they served tiny portions of bland food(the kind of food that gives health food a bad name, seasonings please!), and the service was middling. The service people were friendly enough but I had to ask for everything — utensils, salt and pepper, syrup — on seperate occasions. Please improve I want my money to go to a good cause but I want a good meal in return!

Big fan of the new local table café. They have a cooler of fresh fruit and veggie smoothies. Beats having to wait 20 minutes for a smoothie like most places. Been there a few times to eat as well. Tried the breakfast burrito, chorizo loaded sweet potato and BBQ chicken wrap, all delicious. Their magic boost coffee is also a must try. Not sure what all is in it, but it tastes good and keeps you going.

Nice new little place in the area. good breakfast deal for the weekday mornings. Smoothies are interestingly good and very healthy it seems. Really friendly place. Think pretty new so hopefully this place gets a little busier because I think with a few more offerings this is going to be even better. Recommended for a local place.

Five stars for the people and interior design, two stars for the food. The interior is awesome! It has that classy hipster city look and vibe to it. They’ve got the latest and greatest tech, using an iPad with the apple swiping card. The Friendliness!!! The people seemed like generally cared about working there and seemed interested in your day. They were happy to give samples and always had smiles on their faces – without it looking forced. I hate to give poor star quality to places that have awesome people, but the food really didn’t strike a win. I had the chickpea and avocado schemer and my mom had the granola yogurt. The food wasn’t awful, but it was just very basic. There was no extra flavor or pizzaz to the food that made it stand out. For the avocado schemer, I guess I was expecting more of the guac sense, but it was literally avocado smashed up. No extra salt, pepper, seasoning, etc. Same with the chickpea schemer, there wasn’t a whole lot of flavor going on. My mom said her yogurt was bland. If you’r into really basic and simple foods, then this is a good place for you. A lot of what we had though could have been made at home or bought at the grocery store. I guess the combo of the basic foods mixed with the high prices just weren’t for us.

local table is great and was a much needed addition to the conshy area. it’s conveniently located and the restaurant itself is really nicely decorated. everyone working there is really friendly and there’s a really fun atmosphere. there is a counter where you can sit and eat or wait for your order in addition to the tables. their juices are phenomenal — I highly recommend the«spicy green» chakra shake. they also have a good selection of chia snacks and healthier drinks. they’ve introduced an «ingredient of the week,» which so far has included cherries and corn. marcie gets a lot of the ingredients from local farms and it just makes the experience even better. for breakfast, the breakfast pops, shakes, local morning sandwich, and the heirloom and tomato and leek bagel are delicious. for lunch/dinner, the chopped salad and harvest protein salad, and any of their soups are really good. I’ve also tried the smash trio and vegan fro yo — so good! I am really looking forward to going on a saturday morning for their freshly made bloody mary event where you bring your own vodka and they mix it with fresh juices made in house. two thumbs up!

Came back a second time for lunch and had a great experience. You can order any of the sandwiches on purple cabbage leaf wraps instead of bread, which is awesome. After my friend and I asked the poor girl about 50 questions about the menu and specials for the day, I got the chicken tartine sandwich in the cabbage wrap. So delicious! The pulled chicken as always is fresh and tasty, and is really satisfying with the sesame seed oil, avocado and crispy cabbage slaw. I also tried one of the handmade carrot cinnamon energy balls for $ 1.75 — totally worth it. Tasted like a carrot cake Lara bar or similar. There were plenty of staff taking orders, bringing out food, drinks, etc. at lunch on Thurs at 12:30 — so even though there was a decent crowd, it was easy to get service. Everyone was really friendly and helpful too. I still think some of the prices are a little high, especially for the smoothies/juices and salads for what you get. But I know you pay more for organic, cage-free, etc., and am happy to see a health-conscious eatery. I just would rather buy my own local farm fruits and veggies and make my own juice, rather than pay $ 6. I would totally get lunch here more often(and continue getting sandwiches on cabbage wraps), if I weren’t moving to Denver in a week!

In general i’m a fan of the concept. I’m always looking for clean-eating, healthy, and gluten-free options. I came in and got the Harvest Protein salad. This salad has a lot of potential, but the main issue is that it’s very one-note. No additional flavor added — it could really benefit from a zingy vinegarette, a squeeze of lemon, a shot of sriracha — anything to give it a boost. If I were making it at home i’d add red wine vinaigrette with mustard seed. My understanding from others is that many of their meals are like this, and could use a shot of flavor while still keeping it healthy. I’ll definitely be back, but I hope they refine their menu a little bit so I don’t have to bring my food home and doctor it up each time.

Thank god for Local Table opening in Conshohocken! We needed a fun & healthy place in our town! I love going there knowing I won’t feel gross after eating & I’ll actually feel refreshed and energetic! The juices are delicious and each shakra shake his exactly what you need to complete your day based on how you feel. The spicy green detox helped me after a killer hangover as well as the red with the beets included to cure that upset stomach! The whole menu looks delicious and I can’t wait to try everything! Spicy bbq chicken is a must! Substituted on cabbage leaves or romaine has me feeling guilt free when lowering the carbs! 5 stars all the way for a healthy, clean & fun atmosphere!
